The place is very well connected and near the lake front
The room was great and the staff even better
It was a little fussy finding the other the room, but we eventually got it. I think it was because of construction.

They switched our rooms
Room was clean and had a lot of amenities - only a 1 night stay so we didnt get the chance to use them. Breakfast was ok; typical hotel breakfast. Only - waffle maker so my son wasn’t able to make one because the line was too long.
Price increased just before I arrived and there was no parking available at the hotel so I had to find a garage on my own.
There was no pen or paper in the room.
Location
I was locked out of my room and elevator for hours. They are having problems with the key system, people were sleeping in the lobby this afternoon. I wasn’t able to go in my room, so I had to buy sunglasses and a hat do to the warm weather. When we checked in we were misinformed about the breakfast hours, so missed breakfast. When taking a shower the conditioner was filled with shampoo.
Rooms were very clean and comfortable
When we arrived, the staff had difficulty determining that we had indeed reserved and paid for 5 rooms. They said we only had 3.. We finally got the two rooms late. I don't know if this was a problem caused by the staff or Booking.com.
Location was nice.
Our door into the room had many scuff marks, utensils were dirty, shower door wouldn’t close properly which left about a 2 inch gap while showering, and some wall sockets did not work.

It says I paid $170 online then I got there and it was $230 the hotel said it came with parking. I didn't have a parking spot when I got to the hotel. That's the only reason I got that room for the parking. Then the front desk said they couldn't tell me anywhere to park at they didn't know!! Wow I said lucky another guest overheard and told me where there was a parking lot down the street. I ended up staying parked in the alley way kinda scary to leave your car like that but it stayed safe.
They lied about the cost and parking that makes me not want to go back to this hotel and the TV wouldn't connect to there cable television they have dish. it was really bad on top of the rest of the things that happened on new years eve!!

The main areas of the hotel were pretty modern and clean. The breakfast was OK.
I had bugs in my room. Our sofa bed had wires coming out of it and metal bars. They don’t come and clean the room.
