很满足！很好很贴心的亲子酒店！
Pros:

我们家庭出游订了有5层和9层的房间，都足够宽敞还有泡澡🛀的大浴缸。 非常感谢管家Timi的帮助，实时回答我们的问题。
优点：
游泳池周边都有免费热毛巾，瓶装水和热姜水。
出入口礼宾服务 行李服务都很到位 而且免费。
早餐很丰盛，各种中式早餐，粥和热带水果。WMF的现磨咖啡也很不错。
附近有些饭店还有接送服务 非常方便。
海边沙滩边也有免费挖沙工具和毛巾。不怕孩子感冒。

Очаровательный отель
Pros:

Отдыхали семьей: это был наш третий отель за поездку. Очень понравился! При въезде меня сразу покорил комплимент в виде подарочного набора rituals, я обожаю эту косметику и это было очень неожиданно! Ребенку подарили игрушку крабика. Теперь по порядку плюсы:
1. Огромный балкон, у нас был номер на верхнем этаже с боковым видом на море и аквапарк. Вид просто неописуемый! Вечером на лежанке можно спокойно всем разместиться и наслаждаться.
2. Территория шикарная, всегда есть свободные лежаки. У бассейнов вода/полотенца всегда есть.
3. Для детей разные активности в течение дня. Можно взять велосипед.
4. Завтраки разнообразные. Народа хоть и много, но места всегда есть.
5. В аквапарк мы ходили пешком, совсем близко. И аквапарк классный.
6. Duty free минут 5 езды на такси. Честно говоря, он настолько огромным оказался, что мы там провели пол дня. Целый этаж косметики, надо было приготовиться)
7. Передвигались всегда на такси, приезжает мгновенно, цены радуют) Минутах в 5 езды огромный какой-то открытый корт с разными ресторанами и магазин. Ужинать также можно заказать в номер по телефону или спуститься в ресторан.
8. Отдельно хочу поблагодарить сотрудника отеля Anastasiia: она помогла с некоторыми вопросами и в целом интересовалась нами)

Cons:

Когда едете на это побережье, надо понимать, что купаться здесь нельзя. Хоть иногда и пишут, что разрешают в этой части купаться - мы не заметили, волны просто огромные. Надо это учесть при планировании поездки. Но зато вид стихии обеспечен)

Язык надо бы подтянуть ! Хотя бы Английский! Очень все сложно !

Прямо на берегу моря ! Но мы попали не в сезон , Было ветрено и море не спокойное , поэтому не купались ! Отель не очень большой ,но нам это наоборот понравилось! Красивый бассейн 15 этаже ,Инфинити ! Отель больше ориентирован на детей от 0 до 6 лет ! Имейте ввиду ! Ходит бесплатный шатл в СDF mall ! Номера все с видом на море ! Просторные и чистые ! Персонал совсем не разговаривает на Английском и тем более на русском! Но нам помогала одна девушка русскоговорящая Анастасия , ей отдельно благодарность! Выручала нас во всех ситуациях! Были сложности с оплатой по карте , она все уладила , решила проблему ! Была с нами на связи 24/7 ! Молодец!

Анастасия , девушка русскоговорящая на ресепшен- это был наш спаситель! Спасибо огромное ! Отель для детей до 6 лет ! Завтраки очень разнообразные! Еда в ресторанах тоже достойная , нет смысла ходить по уличным кафе ! В отеле вкусно и не дорого ! Номера большие удобные и чистые! Сама бухта ветреная , нам больше понравился Ялонг , но там нет таких современных отелей ! В НГ мы не купались , было ветрено и даже прохладно ! Но это не относится к отелю ! Анастасия на пояснила , что был не сезон , сезон с марта начинается , тогда нет ветра и достаточно тепло !

На мой взгляд, необходимо сообщать об этой особенности отеля на сайте. Меня это застало врасплох.
Pros:

Завтрак хороший, но абсолютно на каждом столе лежит по умолчанию резиновый слюнявчик. Это прекрасно для детей, но не очень интересно для взрослых.

Cons:

Это хороший отель, но в силу каких-то причин, он полностью заполнен детьми возрастом до 5 лет. Это прекрасно, но хотелось бы знать это заранее.

The place is incredibly nice, it's like heaven, there's nothing to complain about at all. The staff is very pleasant, the grounds are spotlessly clean, the beaches, bars, and location are 10 out of 10. Everything is perfect. I wish everyone the best vacation at this hotel! I'd like to thank Anastasia, she was always available and helped with all my questions. This is the first time the staff has spoken both Russian and English, so if you're wondering whether it's worth going here, it's definitely a yes!

Attention to details by every staff member. Food was exceptional and delicious. Shuttle bus to the airport included. A staff member sent my son a birthday cake even though the birthday passed early in the month.

Cons:

Location is far from some places of interest but make up for it by having a CDF duty free shop for shopping and eating.

Kids absolutely adored this hotel
Pros:

Good hotel for kids. The hotel is focused on families, so only go here if you are looking to spend a lot of time with your kids doing various activities. There is a shortage of resteraunts and you will eat pizza every night as the adult menu and cuisine options are limited. Your kids will absolutely love it! It is also very serene, with a just phenomenal view looking out over the palm trees and shore line.

Next door is the Sanya Edition, and it is more focused on adults and expensive wine/dinning experiences. You can walk through the pathway along the front of the hotel near the beach, if you want a more adult oriented bar and dinning experience.

I liked this hotel but I wouldn't go back as the adults actually got more tired while they were here. The little ones had so much fun that they didn't want to go back to kindergarten afterwards.

Pros:

The staff are really attentive. Pools are big and clean. Rooms are with big size and awesome view, and they are pretty new. Most importantly, Emily, who is responsible for our stay is super helpful, patient, and friendly. She makes our stay more enjoyable!

Cons:

There is no exhaust fan in the toilet room.

The hotel was great and the whole experience was really enjoyable.
Pros:

Breakfast was really good. The services offered by the staff from the hotel - free of charge - were really good and appreciated. The Staff was kind and available.

Cons:

The pools and the beach access were also great. The only note is that the Jacuzzi pool has never been available for the whole week we were at the hotel and when we asked for information, the lifeguard reply was rather rude and useless. There should be a service allowing customers to order goods (e.g., food, medicines, etc.) and receive them directly in their room (i.e., as there is no need to go pick it up outside the lobby).

Wonder stay with the family!
Pros:

I had a 4-night stay at the property with my family of 5. From beginning to end, all the staff made a genuine effort to make us feel welcome. The abundance of children’s amenities was really helpful, especially since we have a 10-month-old baby. The ambassador, Lily, was also great—prompt and helpful, always available on WeChat to assist with any needs. There were tons of kids' activities, 3 different heated pools for both kids and adults, as well as a professional photo shoot, which made the whole stay interesting and enjoyable. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more for a family trip.
