Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, and airport shuttle to and from helped make it an east Park and Fly situation for our trip. Our car was secure and we will visit again for our next travel needs for park and fly!
It was all good.
The staff was excellent. My daughter was upset that the pool was closed and we needed to leave prior to breakfast. Staff was so sweet to her and gave her cereal and milk to take to the room for the morning. The beds were comfy and room was clean. Lots to do nearby.
The pool was closed but that couldn't be helped and staff was apologetic about it.

The fact that Bookings.com made the wrong reservation and the hotel kept the $100 even though we paid another $140 to stay the night we had requested. Too much money spent for mediocre place. Won't stay here again and will never use Bookings.com again

comfort of the room was very good. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was more tan adequate. Staff was excellent. Very close to airport. There are other IHG locations in the area, directions need to be more explicit/ something that really sets this location aside from the others.
Breakfast was very good each morning. But Coffee in the lobby was COLD each day when we arrived from our daily activities.
