It was a nice, comfortable stay, would recommend for a business trip.
Pros:

It was clean, and staff was polite, although didn’t provide much information upon check in.

Cons:

Where does the leftover food go? Quite a bit was left when she closed it down why don’t you announc
Pros:

The breakfast girl was closing the shutters down when I ask if she had anymore cream for my coffee?
Tomorrow morning !!!! She said.
And shut the kitchen down walked away.

Cons:

Breakfast maybe sausage? Instead of burritos? They were not being eaten.
Biscuits were hard, gravy was good , eggs were all I had but tasted my husband’s.

Room was fine, the electricity thing is strange, staff could be more helpful
Pros:

It was a last minute choice for a 6 hour sleep, so I did not look at the property much.

Cons:

The person I checked in with was dismissive, did not even tell me where the elevator was, but was effusively accommodating on the phone to a prospective client, even offering them an early to go breakfast, when she knew I was leaving at 4 am

Nice hotel, friendly staff.
Pros:

Good breakfast, friendly staff. Great location near grocery store, gas station and various restaurants.

Cons:

Stayed 3 nights and bed wasn't made on two of those nights.

IHG have always been very clean. That’s why I enjoy staying in their hotels.

I booked 2 twin beds from Booking.com to be told at the front desk, they don’t have twin beds and the only room available was a king size room. Very disappointing. It finally worked out however the initial check in was not too pleasing. Please check the bed size/rooms that you list.

Very comfortable. Will definitely book again
Pros:

The breakfast was okay. Especially for the price of hotel.
The staff was very helpful and professional.
The location was very good for visit local friends and restaurants
Very impressed at how clean everything was

Cons:

The heat and AC was not easy to operate. The dial was easy to press but couldn’t quite get the temperature we wanted but no big deal at all.
That’s basically our only small complaint.
