Hotel in a good location for the village. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Buffet breakfast was good.
This is a "conditional" five, so as not to deceive you. Keep in mind that you are in a medieval Alsace town. Buildings were smaller then. Rooms were smaller. If you are looking for a huge American hotel room, those don't exist unless you go way outside of the town - and what fun is that?
The room was small. Parking was a 1 block walk, but was only $5 (approx)/day.
However: the room, while small, was very clean. AC worked great. Power was adequate, if just (a few more bedside outlets would have been nice). Shower was great. Location is superb: step out and absorb a gorgeous medieval town, Kaysersberg, complete with shopping and dining a-plenty. (Lion D'Or is highly recommended). All within walking distance. Easy walking distance.
I wouldn't want to put three people in a room, but for two it was fine. Quite romantic.
Breakfast was good. Not the best, and the room is a bit cramped, but the quality was high and the staff friendly.
Recommended for US Vacationers.
The hotel was beautiful and the location very convenient. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate dietary restrictions for breakfast. I would absolutely stay here again.
AC. Elevator. Comfortable bed. Excellent service. Parking is a 5 minute walk.

Hôtel situé au cœur du magnifique village de Kaysersberg. Stationnement facile. Déjeuner excellent. Grande chambre. Service du personnel excellent. Nous avons adoré cet endroit.
Évitez la chambre 301 car pas insonorisé. Pas de solution apportée malgré ma demande

The hotel staffs are very nice. They helped us with everything we need. The hotel is very clean and nice. The town is very Quiet and the locals there are very nice. We like the breakfast. This is very affordable. It is located in the center of the town of Kaysersberg Which is only 15 to 20 minutes from Colmar.
Allt mycket bra förutom bad/dusch. Duschmunstycket gick inte att hänga upp, fick hålla i det hela tiden. Saknade duschvägg i badkaret, stänkte mycket ut på golvet.
Jättemysig by och väldigt fint hotell. Rekommenderas
Wunderbar! Sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet, sehr freundlicher Empfang und Service, absolut ruhig gelegen.
Ein kleines Minus: das tolle Bad hat -obwohl offensichtlich neu - leider nur eine Badewanne, ohne Abtrennung. Dadurch wird bei der Dusche eventuell das halbe Badezimmer nass und die Badewanne wird rutschig.
Dennoch: ganz klare Empfehlung für das Kle, ich würde es wieder buchen.
Zimmer klein, aber gemütlich; Parken schwierig (ausladen vor dem Hotel, dann wird man hingewiesen auf einen kostenlosen Parkplatz, 5 Minuten Fußweg).
Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück.
