Pros:

The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment and what a great job is being done so far. Our twin room was beautiful.Bar area was really nice, met couple locals who were lovely and gave us advice on getting to bellahouston park. Great location and good value for money. Breakfast was tasty and hot too. Staff on the whole were very attentive.

Cons:

Minor details for the room, maybe a floor length mirror and the bathroom could do with a towel ring and perhaps a hook for somewhere to hang up clothes while showering etc. Really nothing bad to say.

Ok but a bit noisy.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok, hotel was sufficient for my needs.

Cons:

Shared bathroom not ideal.
Arrived at 11:30PM, nobody was there but a cleaner did let me in.
Very noisy with people banging and talking in loud voices at 6AM.

I would definitely stay here again. The bar was bustling with local people but my room was quiet.

Friendly helpful staff. A real family relaxed feel. Popular with locals, shows how great the place is. Food was fabulous.Room recently refurbished, spotless, very comfortable with a smart bathroom . My room was so quiet, I came back after a day out and the bar etc was empty. I was shocked to later find it very busy and hadn't heard a thing. As a lone female traveller I felt safe, looked after and relaxed without being hovered over. Good parking and very close train station.

Pros:

Located just 15 mins by train from the city center, close to the train station. My room was simple, small but alright and clean

Cons:

Difficult to get in late in the evening after 11pm. Was lucky that a cleaning worker let me in. Also. very small stream in the shower

Comfy but noisy
Pros:

Room nicely decorated and comfortable, friendly staff.

Cons:

Very loud noise from fan on roof right outside window meant we couldn't keep it open on hottest day of the year. Heavy door slamming in hallways at all hours of the night. Dolce gusto machine broken and no drinking water available in room.
No warning that the hotel would be locked at a certain time of night, so a bit of panic when we returned and couldn't suss out how to get in. Cleaner eventually spotted us and opened door.

Great hotel
Pros:

The staff were great and very friendly I was just out of hospital and couldn't get home as live on an island and it was too late they even offered to carry my bag up the stairs
