Die Saison hatte dort noch nicht begonnen!Das Restaurant war geschlossen; das konnte man dem Angebot bei Booking.com nicht entnehmen und es war der Hauptgrund für unsere Buchung!

Don’t trust the property's own pictures. In spite of reading a handful of passable reviews, we booked a two-day stay at this property; it was central for our stay in Mesnerbes. We had emailed in advance to drop our luggage at 10am, we were shown the bedroom in advance and were given keys. Upon arriving at the hotel by 22:00, all was pitch black, there was no lights in the car park or hotel entrance; we had been told the reception would be manned until midnight, there was no one. It was only when we got in the bedroom that we fully appreciated how dated everything was, the carpet was also doubtful… But most of the comments I would keep for the bathroom: yes the décor was obviously very dated, the biggest towels were hand towels, there was no shower but a hose/shower head to manually use in the bath, and most importantly we gathered a handful of long dark human hair from the whole floor. The same kind we found later inside the bed!!! We emailed the property straight away, it was late, we offered to discuss it all in the morning. We were up at 8am, there was no one at reception, we waited a while and decided to leave. The negative experience probably made us realised how shabby some of the public areas/corners and exteriors looked too, the two abandoned-looking cars in the car park were an added sign. We decided to forfeit the second night and book elsewhere hoping we would be able to cancel the booking via Booking.com. We had paid £225 for two nights. Since then, we got a partial refund. To everyone else reading this review, this is an honest account of our experience; there are lots of other properties in the area, some better priced, do yourself a favour, don’t tempt fate and pay over the odds, avoid this property at all cost.

La cura dei particolari come moquettes (non si può vedere) e il bagno senza doccia.giardino molto bello ma davvero poco curato.Arredi e accessori intorno alla piscina vecchi e sporchi

Aucun accueil, suite pas prête à notre arrivée à 19h, reclassés dans une chambre pour notre 1ere nuit . Le lendemain, on recupere notre suite...en fait chambre avec mezzanine!! Pas de climatisation, douche pas propre, grosse déception. Petit déjeuner insignifiant!!

une chambre sur 2 que nous avions réservé n’était pas disponible , patronne complètement dépassée , retard dans le Check in , 2heures , lavabo bouché , ampoule lampe de chevet cassée, chasse d’eau inopérante, équipements vétustes et sales

Cet hôtel est vieillissant et mal tenu. Les toilettes étaient sales à notre arrivée, des voitures bonnes pour la casse traînent sur le parking, les abords sont mal entretenus et tout semble fait de bric et de broc ... . Le petit déjeuner facturé 25 € manque totalement de fraîcheur ... . Dommage

Nous avons eu froid dans la chambre et dans la salle de bain , l'eau chaude très longue a venir , le matin pour le petit déjeuner la pièce était chauffée avec un soufflant qui n'a pas été mis suffisamment tôt pour que la pièce soit chaude , du coup nous avons déjeuné dans une pièce froide , pas top a cette période de l'année ;

Tarifs rapport installation chambre /prix : le soir même, arrivée tardive dans chambre en novembre lit était fait mais au coucher je m’aperçois que le lit est fait avec les draps sans couette. Couverture simple à prendre dans le placard…. Chauffage certes mais coup de froid.

Petit déjeuner très bien garni mais un peu cher. Si on ne prend pas la formule complète. Cependant café offert proposé par serveur.

Puis seconde option avons proposé de conserver les chambres de la famille la veille: mais n’avons pas eu l’effort prix correspondant au résultat reçu.

Effort consenti de notre côté car le cadre est charmant mais doit certainement demander beaucoup d’entretien : nos chambres et lits n’étaient pas au standard. N’avons pas vraiment trouvé que notre démarche avait prise à sa juste mesure, petit rabais difficilement négocié.

Manque un peu de clarté… et de justesse.

Chauffage très insuffisant dans la chambre et toutes les parties de l'hôtel. Pas de bouilloire à disposition dans la chambre et pas thé ; il a fallu réclamer cette bouilloire pour remplir une bouillotte.
