Cons:

Banheiro com teto embolorado. Faltava uma luminária no banherio, onde aparecia a lage. Qualidade dos lençois e travesseiro pode melhorar. Posicionamento da TV muito alta. Mesa de trabalho não estava estável. Pés estão soltos.
