Pros:

2回目の宿泊です。以前より朝食の種類が増えていてどれも美味しかったです。
駅からも近く、ドラッグストアも近くにあって便利でした。
ユニバからも近いのでまた利用します。

Cons:

お風呂の天井に短い髪の毛がついてました。
以前泊まった時は全然そんなことなかったのですが今回の部屋は少しほこりっぽい感じでした。リモコンとかにかなりついてました。

Muy bien por algunas cosas, en otras sin más
Pros:

La ubicación, delante del metro y a 15 minutos de Universal Studios. Si pides el pase del gimnasio de al lado te dejan la llave 24h y puedes ir cuando quieras. La zona está muy bien y estaba todo limpio. No era la habitación mas grande del mundo pero era aceptable.

Cons:

El desayuno me parece una broma, las almohadas incomodisimas (muy finas).

Way too hot

Close .to a station

Well.. the room was so hot.. they did not do anything about the heat in the room other than bringing a small face fan to my room...

There was definitely an issue with the room heat and with all that turned off the room was still very hot and was not able to sleep. I left the window open but the noise kept me up as well as the heat.

Also. Stayed there for a week, and as we checked out we needed a place to store luggage for 45 minutes to quickly eat breakfast at the komeda coffee near by. They wanted to charge us ¥1000 yen per suitcase. I am not sure if hotels are starting to charge this, but this is the first time was being charged for storage as being a guest.

Other better options with better service.
