Price
Convenient for me as an official at a motorsport event.
I felt the reception staff lacked friendliness. When asked about menu- I was told- we don’t have one here it’s upstairs. Maybe I’m byast as having once owned my own Motel our staff made our guests feel welcomed. It’s those little things that tick the boxes.
Being able to watch the track from our room
Only trouble we had was not being able to work out if there was room service. Nothing in the room to let us know.
The bed was extremely comfortable and the view from the balcony to the race track was exceptional 👌 as soon as I walked in heater was already on for a nice warm welcome.
Room size was a bit small other than that found it really nice.
Had a balcony room overlooking pit straight so could watch all the racing action from the comfort of your room
Restaurant was nice but I found food a little greasy, and could maybe have a bit more selection.
Convenient to the track
The water pressure was horrible.. the water hits the top of your head and that’s about it.. I understand water saving h is a priority but when you have to run around the shower just to get wet😔 and the water turned fully to hot was lukewarm at best…not good after a day on the track and it’s winter😔 meals were delicious and I understand it’s a busy weekend but the food wasn’t hot enough when brought to the table😔

Rooms are tight.
The restaurant and coffee bar was nice. Team members were lovely and liked the car racing environment.
We had single beds which were comfortable but very light and moved at the slightest touch. Just sitting on them sent them flying into the wall. Only beds and a kitchen chair in the room. Overpriced. Would rate it a 7/10

Right at the track handy for early starts
Value for money wasn't there. Room rates are too expensive. Had what felt like a never ending corridor given my room right at the end.
