One night wasn’t enough!
Pros:

Bed mattress wasn’t very comfortable. The parking garage being across the street was a bit inconvenient.

Cons:

Great vibes. Good location. Friendly staff. Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Nice views.

Great location and nice facilities!
Pros:

Great location with good access to local coffee shops, restaurants, cideries. Less than a 30 minute walk to city center. Modern, updated facilities. Friendly staff. Comfortable room and bed.

Cons:

Parking at the hotel garage was significantly more than expected once city taxes were added. Common areas and carpeted areas could have been a little fresher/cleaner.

Business trip
Pros:

Centrally located, and near the convention center if that's where you'll be spending a bit of time. Room was spacious and felt clean, if in need of some touching up. The lobby bar Hey Love is fantastic! Keep in mind there is no gym if that's something you like to have while traveling.

Always happy at the Jupiter!
Pros:

We love the Jupiter! This is the only place we will stay at in Portland. It’s very clean, close to a lot of good restaurants, the staff is very helpful and kind. The 2 locations have a fun and funky vibe.

Transparent Bathroom Walls in an Otherwise Great Hotel
Pros:

We stayed in a really nice double queen room....except for the zero privacy in the bathroom. It had a sliding door with a large gap, giving an easy view of the toilet from the hallway. Then, the wall between the shower and the rest of the room was frosted glass. Anyone using the shower was clearly silhouetted to the rest of the room.

The staff was wonderful and moved us to an ADA room to have a regular bathroom with regular walls! The staff was great from start to finish, but the bathrooms were definitely a dealbreaker and would stop us from staying here again.

Not worth the cost
Pros:

It’s one of the better places to stay in SE Portland but the value was poor. Our stay overall was only mediocre and the cost was pretty high. The place is supposed to be very cool but really is pretty gimmicky.

Great location, good restaurant, charging for EV car in paid parking.
Pros:

great location, and the Hey Love restaurant in the Jupiter Next building had great Mexico City street food. Nice bar decor, too.

I would never stay here again
Pros:

We had a very negative experience.

I was kept awake past midnight by thumping bass from the bar on the ground floor. When I went downstairs to the desk, the woman at the desk said the bar was supposed to stop earlier in the evening but they regularly flouted that on Saturdays. She offered me a pair of earplugs which didn't help at all.

When we were checking out the next day I spoke with the manager. She said it shouldn't have happened, but made no attempt to make it right for us.

In addition to the disturbed sleep, the bathroom design is awful. The bathroom was just a frosted glass cube with the toilet and shower, and a barn door style sliding glass door with an inch gap around the edge. Anyone you are staying with can hear you doing all of your business.

I would never stay here again.

Great for our smaller meeting
Pros:

The Jupiter was great for our small-ish (25+people) meeting. The staff was wonderful and helpful, particularly the event planning staff. Very responsive. The meeting space was great - a good size and connected to a nice patio. The AC was a little loud, but the mic and speaker worked great, and we were a small enough group we could go out to the patio. Rooms were lovely and the group enjoyed sharing drinks in Hey Love at the end of the night. Would return!

Quick Trip to Portland
Pros:

Room had great view of the bridges. Clean rooms, and felt safe with elevator access with hotel card only. They did charge us for items from the dry bar that we did not utilize. Location was great, several coffee shops within walking distance. Quick uber to other areas.

Really nice and great staff
Pros:

We had a large picture window in our room and it made the space feel comfortable

Cons:

The bathroom could have used a proper wall. The glass was a bit weird for us, as I was staying with my son. We would have liked more privacy in that department.

Nice quieter part of Portland and boutique hotel
Pros:

Great location in a quaint section of Portland. Very clean and comfortable room. Quiet (6th floor) with great view of the city skyline, especially at night. Very helpful and friendly staff. Would stay there again!
