I have nothing bad to say.
I have stayed only one night there, but everything went very well!
Besides, the breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of choices.
"Special mention" to Anup, Akshay, and Nauma: three very kind and professional guys!

It was not my first time staying at this hotel. Room was clean and silent, all needed things were provided, price is good. Restaurant service was good. But reception 😡 I’m from Qatar and I forgot my ID at home. My husband booked room under his name but I was not allowed to go with him because they demanded my physical ID. I have provided my ID from Metrash and was ready to sign letter that at 7pm my nanny with baby is coming and she will bring my ID. Mr Anil was super negative, he sent security to stop me going to the room with my husband. That’s the worst what I’ve ever faced in Qatar for last 10 years. As per their information that even kids aren’t allowed to to the room if ID isn’t provided. For your information, Mr Anil, my baby was brought in the evening and she stayed the whole night “illegally” in your hotel. Anyone can go to the room easily through backside door and security doesn’t ask ID of any person. You have to be reported to the Ministry of Interior for unsecured services. (According to your hotel policy what you provided me). So conclusion is that: you must put yourself in shoes of your customers to let them feel comfortable to be back to you but you let me feel like I’m the biggest criminal of Doha 🤯

Great customer service, very helpful staff.

We booked a family room. But it is simply a normal size room with 2 extra beds squeezed in. There is inadequate space for 4 suitcases and no storage space at all. Very disappointed with the space.

However. Beds were excellent comfort and service from staff was spot on. Breakfast was good but no decent coffee.

Don't bother having the burger there. It's was like a school canteen burger.

Very basic gym and pool. 15 minute easy walk to a metro, but youre a good 30 mins ride away from the centre.

This place is very well priced to be fair. But I would not recommend this for families.

One of the most affordable, but best hotels I have stayed at! Perfect staff: very friendly, attentive, and energetic! Very nice, quiet rooms. High quality breakfast. Located in one of the best neighborhoods of Doha (there are many interesting buildings around). There is very easy access to town by subway and tram.

I am currently staying at this hotel and have had a very disappointing experience with their housekeeping and customer service. I requested housekeeping to clean my room, but after waiting for more than 2 hours, no one came. When I called reception again, I was told that my request was not put through, which is why housekeeping did not come.

I waited for another hour and called again. This time, a staff member named Abdul was very rude and claimed that housekeeping had come three times but I did not give access. I explained that no one had knocked on my door, so how would I know they were there? Abdul then became defensive and insisted they had pictures showing I did not give access.

Premier Inn Operations Manager Rose came to see me on her day off and ensured my stay was comfortable in addition to that housekeeping manager Rai came to see me and resolved my complaint.

It was a very good place for me and family. The cleanliness by the house keeping was timely and top notch. The staff santos one of the house keeper was good and respectful. Also one of the chefs from Algeria I can’t remember his name was very respectful and perform his duties well. The environment and the hotel itself is really cool and sirene for someone looking for that. All in all it’s an excellent experience for me and family.

Excelente ubicación, el personal muy amable y de buena disposición.Agradezco a Patricia, Ajeesh y Abdu por su excelente atención sin embargo hay que anotar que falta poner atención al servicio de mantenimiento a la habitación no había agua fría en la ducha, tampoco dejaban toallas suficientes y el TV no es Smart TV la programación solamente local y no había mas opciones, el restaurante no tenía menús variados para poder seleccionar.
