Pros:

Everything. Nothing to dislike for the price. Great air conditioning, staff, location ( 15-20 minutes by tram and train to main train station) substantial buffet breakfast and nice neighbourhood. Highly recommended.

Pros:

Great staff, charismatic, smart, ready to help and accommodate our requests, even the ones that were very last minute. I really appreciated. The late checkout option (for a fee) was a huge help.

Very good location, with the tram station just in front was very practical. Also, room was very tidy and clean with everything you need.

Cons:

Breakfast trays were quite dirty every morning and that dissapointed me.

Would stay here again when next visiting Geneva!
Pros:

Excellent location with good transport links right outside, as well as being a very short walk from the middle of Carouge.
Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

My parents found their shower floor quite slippery, but staff provided a shower mat on request.
