Newer hotel in need of repairs

The hotel is falling apart due to a lack of maintenance. Pros & cons
Pros:
Very nice rooms, friendly staff, average breakfast, good gym, good sized pool, nice lounge.
Cons:
Elevators in need of dire repairs. The floor tiles are cracked and shift. The Elevator facing is missing. The button to close the Elevator is MISSING! Rather than replacing it, they choose to place black electrical tape on it! This is a safety hazard. As per pics
No jacuzzi.
The bathroom has black mold on the shower door. As per pics.

There was an EV charger.
I liked the bed placement, it left more room for the sofa bed.

Shower control in our room quit working overnight. It was a holiday weekend.

The perfect rest stop for us
Pros:

Breakfast was nice - many options in the breakfast bar. Location was a convenient overnight stop on the way from Northern California to Southern California. The staff were very hospitable and there were treat bags for the dogs. It was perfect for what we needed. The hotel was spotless and the room was spacious and extremely comfortable. There was a bar that stayed open till 9:00.

A very pleasant stay. We'll be back next year!
Pros:

The breakfast was awesome. The eggs and sausage were hot, the oatmeal was bubbling in the pot, and the drink selection was very good. Our room was comfortable and pretty quiet most of the time. Also, the hotel was just one freeway off-ramp away from Harris Ranch, where we had a wonderful dinner.

Cons:

We arrived in mid-afternoon. After checking out our room and getting settled, we went out to sit by the pool. Unfortunately, the sun was blasting and even the umbrella didn't give enough protection. I know that wasn't the hotel's fault, but that's all I could come up with.

Great but...
Pros:

Very nice place, great breakfast, comfortable bed, clean room, friendly staff. Second time staying here, first time went great. They have self-laundry and some snacks at front desk.

Cons:

Our shower backed up into bathroom, they tried to fix it made room smell horrible they offered to move us, but we were leaving in a few hours. 2 items went missing from room, nothing important. I'm pretty sure it was wrapped in bedding but was never found.
