L’hôtel était en travaux et avait soit disant jamais eu la confirmation de ma réservation (que j’avais pourtant de mon côté). Il m’a fallu retrouver un autre hôtel en pleine nuit, au Mexique, avec les enfants qui dormaient….
El hotel se encuentra en re construcción. No tenía servicio de restaurante (desayuno, comida).
La habitación estaba muy limpia
There were 2 beds with room for 3 or 4 guests. Only 1 towel was supplied? Toilet seat was not clean, shower drain was backed up, insect infestation on bathroom ceiling, cockroaches on the wall, kitchenette with no dishes or cutlery, air conditioning not working, and breakfast reduced to coffee and toast, need I say more?
We left after 1 night and paid out of pocket for another hotel. Hotels.com has been not help, wouldn't call the hotel, and has not even contacted me after I requested an escalation to management.
Those reviews stating a 10 are fake. This blame must be put on Hotels.com, it's their service. Yet, don't care to respond and address. The reviews with 2 are sincere. My review is 0. Worst hotel I've had.
Après quelques difficultés pour trouver l'hôtel. Nous nous retrouvons dans un endroit charmant. L'accueil est parfait. Nous arrivons dans une chambre très grandes avec une literie de qualité. Un pur bonheur.
Nous avons pubprofiter de la piscine le lendemain matin avant de repartir un bon moment de détente.
Très belle endroit reposant chambre propre mais pas grand chose au petit déjeuner.

The hotel is very colorful and has a lot of space. However, the road to get to the hotel is pretty rough and it feels kinda dangerous at night. It is right in the middle of the jungle, which makes mornings filled with bird sounds, super nice! Food was ok, good prices. Staff was very attentive and polite. Rooms are very spacious and clean but the shower could have been cleaner. Pretty good overall.

Muy céntrico, limpio, tiene estacionamiento en el hotel, alberca todo bien, excelente opción si quieres estar en la quinta avenida.
Llegué a las 5:50 PM al hotel y fui afortunado por eso, pues el personal de recepción se retiró a las 6:00, recién terminando de entregarnos llaves controles. Las claves de WiFi proporcionadas en forma impresa en el cuarto no eran las correctas y ya sin personal de recepción, anduvimos averiguando a ver quién nos podía ayudar y un trabajador tuvo que llamar por teléfino al dministrador para que nos pudiera ayudar, perdiendo tiempo. La cocina la abren sólo a la hora del desayuno y no hay alimientos ni bebidas de ninguna clase disponibles en el hotel.
Nice place to stay
Although they are doing some construction for the new restaurant they were serving breakfast in your room and everything was absolutely wonderful!!! The staff is exceptional, Scarlette and Jesus were a pleasure to interact with and a joy to be around! Our very favorite place to stay in Tulum. Quiet and away from the rat race!!!
Room was very nice and clean ! Located in the midst of the jungle so please keep in mind of small insects. Fabi is a great manager /owner and was very responsive ! Renting a car or motor bike is highly recommended for stay !

It a very small hotel of six rooms. Located about seven Kilometers outside of Tulum in a very quiet location
Clean room. Really close to the center of Tulum. Easy access & friendly staff
Beautiful property a tiny bit rough around the edges. I, for one, definitely liked staying off the beaten track in this quiet location a few km from town. You will want to have a rental car however.
Pool was large enough to swim. Grounds were attractive room was large with a full kitchenette.
The Rooms are clean however the place is in the middle of the jungle with no nearby houses/buildings with a dirt road to get to the hacienda. We felt so scared since we were the only guest there with no access to wifi.
Hotel was under construction when we were there. Was kind of hard to get taxis to. Rooms were new and nice.
