Telpon ke operator, ke restoran dan ke room to room mati. Nmr hp tidak berfungsi, hujan deras tidak disediakan payung dan tidak bisa menghubungi buggy. Pelayanan sangat kurang
Een fotogeniek plekje buiten het drukke centrum van Bogor. Doordeweeks zal je daar de echte rust vinden. Het zwembad en uitzicht zijn prachtig. We hebben lekker gegeten in het restaurant. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk.
Er werd een of andere teambuildingsactiviteit georganiseerd met harde muziek en geroep door een microfoon. Dit verstoorde enorm onze rust. In het weekend komen er veel lokale inwoners naar het resort en is het drukker.
De kamers roken wat muf. (Ze roken naar vochtigheid)

breakfast and dinner, especially in the dinner the food taste is so SALTY and breakfast also dinner sometime we have to wait the food due to some of the food served had already run out and it will be wait up to 20 ~ 30 minutes.

The room is super comfortable and homey. Love the bed. Nice location for a quick gateway. The swimming pool is amazing.
The AC in the room we were staying in was leaking. Sometimes it could get freezing or very warm. Also, the wifi didn't work really well. The connection was not stable and it was very slow. It was my second stay and I haven't seen any improvement on the wifi. Please consider improving!
