Many good points but too noisy.
Pros:

The personnel, the location, and the convenient parking. The deal of €32 for half board was also good value.

Cons:

The room was located at the level below the reception with the reception, restaurant, and bar directly above it. The sound insulation was terrible with noise from high heels walking, furniture being moved, and conversations at the reception. I would recommend not accepting any of the “100” series of rooms. I had number 102 and hardly was able to sleep because of the noise.

Decepcionante

La ubicación.

Cons:

Salvo la cama, que era bastante cómoda, a las instalaciones les hace falta un buen lavado de cara, desconchados en la pared, baldosa rota (adjunto fotos).La recepción cierra a partir de las 12 de la noche y cuando llegamos más tarde de esa hora el detector para abrir la puerta no funcionaba (teníamos 3 habitaciones, con ninguna). Tuvimos que llamar al teléfono de emergencia y la verdad es que un chico vino enseguida y pudimos acceder. Tampoco hay minibar. El agua del grifo de la ducha de una de las habitaciones salía ardiendo y no había forma de regularlo y en otra sin tocarlo, igual salía caliente que fría. Al lado de la cama solo había un enchufe en el que había conectada una lámpara, por lo que si querías utilizarlo para cargar el móvil tenías que desenchufarla. En definitiva, no entiendo las 4* que tiene.

Estada molt agradable. Hotel centric, qualitat i bona cuina.
Pros:

Hotel amb molt bona atenció al client.Centric però amb un bon parking al costat del hotel i una cuina molt recomenable. Habitacions molt ben equipades i comodes. Repetiré sempre que em calgui visitar Ontinyent.

El Hotel está genial!
Pros:

Lo mejor fue la limpieza, todo impecable! La ubicación es genial! El colchón muy cómodo! Las almohadas muy bien también:) repetiría sin duda!

Cons:

Eche de menos los enchufes en la mesita de noche para cargar el móvil, la tarjeta para abrir la puerta de la habitación(más cómodo que andar con llave)
