Enamorado del edificio y instalaciones

Indignante: Una experiencia que debía haber sido especial se convirtió en una profunda decepción

En su web, tanto en la descripción, como en las fotografías como en las características de las habitaciones, no avisan de que alojan a parte de sus huéspedes fuera del edificio con forma de castillo (el cual es el principal atractivo del alojamiento), lo que me ha parecido un caso de publicidad engañosa o al menos, una práctica de dudosa decencia. Pese a las quejas reiteradas de clientes durante años que he visto publicadas en web que permiten subir reseñas siguen sin indicar todo esto en su web. A mí me han arruinado completamente la experiencia pues quise alojarme en dicho hotel única y exclusivamente por su estética de castillo ya que teniendo en cuenta el precio que pagué por la habitación, las prestaciones de la habitación no estaban ni mucho menos a la altura. Si llego a saber que se me iba a alojar fuera del edificio con estética de castillo habría reservado habitación en otro hotel que sí me ofreciera una habitación más acorde al precio pagado por ella. Cuando me dirigí a la recepción a exponer mi caso no pudieron hacer nada para ayudarme y me dijeron que tenía que haber sido yo el que hubiera llamado para consultar en qué tipo de habitación se me iba a ubicar... La cuestión es, ¿Cómo iba a ni tan si quiera sospechar que podía ser alojado en otro edificio distinto si en sus fotografías e información de Booking no se habla de su existencia?

Alojamiento en las mazmorras.
Pros:

La Arquitectura exterior del hotel. La ubicación no estaba mal, aunque no tengo muy claro en que punto de la ciudad estaba no me lo supieron explicar, pero había cerca una calle muy comercial y un centro comercial también.

Cons:

La habitación sótano-zulo. con ventanucos sin accesibilidad, Dicha habitación que solicite con ducha, era la adaptada, horrible situación para una habitación adaptada ya que la única salida de emergencia de ese sótano es la escalera, parace una broma macabra, espero que la inspección les ponga una buena multa y una remodelación de ese sòtano. La atención del recepcionista de la tarde muy muy regular por no decir mala. La atención en el desayuno muy muy regular, eramos nosotros los que preguntábamos sobre el café, nos teníamos que levantar a pedirlo, el servicio de desayuno merece una reflexión, eso sí en otras mesas el servicio era integro, bueno ese comportamiento selectivo vaya.

Estancia en Ontinyent
Pros:

Es la segunda vez que duermo en este hotel y es una maravilla. El personal es muy amable, tiene muy buenas instalaciones y prestan muy buen servicio. Es un hotel de 4 estrellas, muy limpio y que cumple conforme a las estrellas que tiene. Volveré todas la veces que vaya a Ontinyent.

Leuk voor een nacht niet voor 2 weken

De stijl van het hotel

Cons:

We vonden de volgende dag wat keuteltjes op de kamer en we hadden geen parkeerplaats meer achter het hotel terwijl we daarvoor en betaald hadden maar er was geen ruimte meer op de officiële plekken maar we mochten hem wel laten staan uiteindelijk
