A great value for money hotel that will not disappoint you
Pros:

- arrived at 5:30am and the hotel let us check in early. Although we did have to pay a fee of 200k VND
- room looked exactly like the pictures
- lighting was great and the room had a big window
- room had a hairdryer, coffee, clean kettle, 2 free bottles of water, fresh towels, shower gel and shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste.
- bed was super clean and comfortable
- bed had an electric blanket that worked very well
- bathroom was clean and modern
- hot water worked great
- location of the hotel is great and is in walking distance of everything good in the area

Cons:

The hotel wouldn’t reply to our messages, phone calls and emails requesting late check in (bus arrived in at 1am) so we had to cancel and book another hotel in Sapa. Very disappointing
