Ho soggiornato in questo hotel durante il weekend e mi sono trovato davvero benissimo. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile, cordiale e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. La camera era pulita, confortevole e curata nei minimi dettagli. L’accoglienza e la professionalità dello staff hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. È stata un’ottima esperienza e ci tornerei molto volentieri. Lo consiglio senza esitazione!

Schönes Ambiente und toller Service, aber deutliche funktionale Mängel im Zimmer
Pros:

Personal & Service: Das gesamte Personal ist ausnahmslos freundlich, herzlich und serviceorientiert. Viele sprechen Deutsch, alle perfekt Englisch. Ein früherer Check-in war völlig unproblematisch, und eine zweite Zimmerkarte wurde sofort bereitgestellt.

​Frühstück & Kaffee: Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl, der Service ist aufmerksam. Der Kaffee (Espresso/Cappuccino) aus der Siebträgermaschine ist ein Traum. Highlights: die Vanille-Croissants, die Beerensauce für das Joghurt und der Blueberry-Saft.

​Pool & Außenbereich: Der Poolbereich ist absolut perfekt gestaltet. Das Ambiente, die Liegen und die Stühle sind wunderbar. Getränke von der Bar werden zuvorkommend bis an den Pool serviert (allerdings fehlen an der Bar transparente Preisauszeichnungen).

​Zimmer-Ausstattung (Positiv): Das Hotelambiente ist wunderschön und liebevoll gestaltet. Das Zimmer verfügt über eine großartige Klimaanlage, einen sehr großen Spiegel, tolle Lichtinstallationen und einen erstklassigen Föhn. Der Smart-TV bietet alle Funktionen (Apple TV, Prime, Disney+, Netflix, YouTube). Der Balkon bietet einen super Blick aufs Meer.

​Sauberkeit: Es ist überall im Hotel absolut sauber.

​Online-Check-in & Bürokratie: Der Online-Check-in ist unübersichtlich, da optionale Daten nicht als solche gekennzeichnet sind und man entweder alles ausfüllen oder raten muss. Vor Ort muss man trotz des Vorab-Check-ins die Datenschutzerklärung erneut ausfüllen und unterschreiben.

​Zimmer & Bad (Mängel):

​Sprudelwanne: Eine herbe Enttäuschung. Die Nutzung ist kompliziert (Lüfter/Luftentfeuchter muss wegen des Feueralarms laufen). Nach dem Einschalten roch es wie in einem Abwasserbecken und es bildete sich ein schwarzer Rand im Becken – absolut kein zweites Mal nutzbar. Zudem muss ein Nachlauf von mindestens 10 Minuten einkalkuliert werden.

​Bad & Akustik: In der Dusche rinnt das Wasser sehr schlecht ab (Überschwemmungsgefahr bei längerem Duschen). Der elektrische Heizkörper funktioniert zwar gut, aber das laute Gebläse ist fix an das Licht gekoppelt. Zusammen mit der Schiebetür ist ein leiser Toilettengang nachts unmöglich.

​Technik: Das Türschloss benötigt Geduld und öffnet oft erst beim 3. oder 4. Versuch. Der Kühlschrank ist recht laut (kann im Sicherungskasten deaktiviert werden, wenn man ihn findet). Ohne Zimmerkarte gibt es keinen Strom, "Fake-Karten" funktionieren nicht. Die blickdichten Vorhänge dunkeln das Zimmer seitlich nicht komplett ab. Die Balkontür öffnet nach außen, was gewöhnungsbedürftig ist.

​Frühstücksraum: Im Gegensatz zum restlichen Hotel eher zweckmäßig eingerichtet; zudem quietschen dort die Stühle beim zum Tisch rutschen unangenehm laut.

​Lage & Strand: Das Hotel wirbt mit Beachhotel, allerdings ist der Strand öffentlich und nicht inklusive. Über das Hotel kann ein QR-Code für 24 € pro Tag erworben werden, der immerhin einen Platz in Reihe 1 gesichert hat. Bei einem Strandhotel erwartet man den Schirm inklusive. Das Meer ist bis zu den Wellenbrechern (ca. 100 Meter) extrem seicht (bei Flut ca. 50 cm) und gleicht einem heißen "Wattmeer".
