Pros:

Location was great! We even found that a shuttlebus service from the hotel to Shin Osaka station was available for hotel guests. We used it daily to catch the train and to return to the hotel from the station. The room was huge. We booked a twin bed room with Studio Suite. It was like a mini apartment, for a very cheap price. Breakfast was very good, with lots of options.

Cons:

The pillows of the bed were a bit too soft and the curtains filtered some light. More blockout curtains would have made the staying even better, as well as firmer pillows. The firmness of the sofa pillow we had were perfect for sleeping.

Pros:

Good location above railway station.

Cons:

Had to pay for a coffee from a machine during the day which is unusual- all other hotels around Japan over our three week holiday was complimentary

Pros:

Nagyon segítőkész a személyzet! Félpanziót kértünk, és a lányom diétája alapján készítették el a vacsorát❣️

Cons:

Kicsit messze van a metró (10perc gyaloglásra), de viszont a Shinkansen megálló is ott van, ezért megéri ezt a szállodát választani!
A reggeli 6:30-tól van, ami plusz pozitívum, mert így legalább nem kellet kapkodni a reggelivel, amikor befizettünk egy egész napos programra!

Its pleasant to stay to access Shin-Osaka Metro for all the aspects.
Pros:

Its very costly, i didnt take breakfast there

Cons:

My husband fell sick. He puked all over. The bathroom was not well drained. The reception said there was no housekeeping

Rooms have nice space. Beds were comfortable.
Pros:

The free shuttle was highly appreciated. A kombini and a drug store nearby- very helpful. Staff were courteous and helpful.

Brilliant stay!
Pros:

Excellent location, room was large, shower was perfect and the washing machine was a great bonus. Shuttle bus to the station was amazing. The ability to send luggage to next location was easy.

Cons:

Shuttle bus stop was difficult to locate at first, restaurant on site was expensive and the basic level of English language kf staff members was hard to navigate at first.
