Its pleasant to stay to access Shin-Osaka Metro for all the aspects.

Brilliant stay!
Pros:

Excellent location, room was large, shower was perfect and the washing machine was a great bonus. Shuttle bus to the station was amazing. The ability to send luggage to next location was easy.

Cons:

Shuttle bus stop was difficult to locate at first, restaurant on site was expensive and the basic level of English language kf staff members was hard to navigate at first.

Cons:

We had booked 2 twin rooms for a family of 4. While entering the details, due to time constraints, I entered the names of 1 guest per room. When we reached the hotel, we were forced to pay an extra amount of about 25,000 yen just because we had not input the details of both the guests. I think this was very unfair as the price we initially paid was for 2 twin rooms including breakfast
