Room was very wonderful, breakfast was great and the transport to and from the train station was fabulous making it very easy to get around.

Big room, friendly staff, good amenities
A great hotel. Friendly and polite staff. Our room was a good size, clean, comfy and had the benefit of a kitchenette and washing machine. We ate at the restaurant one evening and the food was very good. The shuttle bus system was well organised and very helpful. It was a good base, near Shin Osaka, for day trips to Kyoto, Himeji and Hiroshima by shinkansen.
A bit of a walk from the station if you miss the shuttle
They ran a shuttle from Shin Osaka Station to the hotel and back every day/night which made it very easy to access the subway.
The facilities, convenience stores, and friendly staff
How far it was away from the train station. But they did offer a free shuttle bus with limited hours and a first come first serve biases
The atmosphere, the cleanliness, the amazing staff especially Kota San who was very attentive and helpful. We had issues finding things in the area and he was very kind to explain how to do things and where to buy things very thoroughly. Big thanks to Kota San. We booked the suite and it had all the amenities you could wish for and yet the price is outstanding for what you get - the apartment we got was spacious, modern, clean and equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils and cutlery and even a rice cooker! It was very comfortable and made my stay relaxing so I felt right at home when staying in from sightseeing. You get daily housekeeping and there’s also a nicely equipped gym.
It’s not walking distance to Dotonbori but a very quick train ride can compensate for that, so it’s not a big issue.
