Top- Frühstücksbuffet. Schöner sauberer Indoor-Pool. Bequeme Wege (auch in Hausschuhen). Man wird vom Personal ständig und freundlich gegrüßt (in Polen eigentlich ansonsten weniger ausgeprägt. Selbst untereinander)

Cons:

Animationsprogramm für Kinder im Pool ÄTZEND (gefühlte 100 Db bei totaler Überfüllung). Abendbuffet für umgerechnet 24 € /pro Erw. und 14 €/ pro Kind ausprobiert. Alkoholische (Basis-)Getränke gegen Aufpreis umständlich möglich. Räumlichkeit für Frühstück ok, aber für Abendessen gesichtslos. Qualität des Buffets Note 1, aber im Vergleich zum A-la-Card- Restaurant Level5 auf dem Dach ( gleicher Preis für Restaurantintimität mit vorzüglichen Speisen und Getränken mit Gourmetcharakter) eindeutig zu teuer.

Jak za cenę za dobę lekkie rozczarowanie.

Czystość w hotelu, pokojach. Cisza i spokój

Cons:

Dezinformacja. Na bookingu informacja, że wymeldowanie do 10:00. Na karcie do popkoju również że do 10:00. Na recepcji, że do 11:00. W regulaminie, że do 11:00. Śniadania tak samo, w każdym miejscu inna informacja o godzinach posiłku.
Park zabaw dla dzieci miał być czynny dla gości hotelowych również poza sezonem od 10:00 - 18:00. Poszliśmy chwilę po 10 i niestety zamknięte. Dzieci zawiedzone. Zero informacji na drzwiach, dzień wcześniej pani na recepcji mówiła, że otwarte. Trochę słabo.
Woda w basenie letnia. Przy takiej zimie mogłaby być cieplejsza. Można zmarznąć.
W strefie ciszy brak ciszy.

Począwszy od personelu, obsługi przesymatyczni ludzie z sercem do gości. Śniadania full opcji nawet dla naszej córki niejadka znalazło sìę coś do jedzenia. Restauracja L5 miła obsługa, szybko realizowane zamówienia. Bar poziom -1 z piątkowym dj fajny klimat. Zaczynaliśmy na Level5, a kończyliśmy na -1. Dużo atrakcji dla dzieci.

Miła obsługa, czysto, smaczne i urozmaicone jedzenie, sporo atrakcji dla dzieci i dorosłych, blisko do plaży.

Cons:

Praktycznie wszystkie potrawy podczas śniadań zawierały mleko i jajka. Niestety mały alergik miał bardzo mocno ograniczony wybór dań (z obiadokolacji nie korzystaliśmy).

Ratownik na basenie wpatrzony w telefon.
