Muito fraca, me decepcionei.
Pros:

Café da manhã muito fraco, (pedi geleia não tinha), Poucas opções.
No quarto não tem água na geladeira. Fica mais afastado do centro.

Cons:

Não tem opções nenhuma no frigobar, toalhas de banho muito pequenas, sabonete não espuma, ter touca de banho descartável.

Estar em Caxambu é sempre uma alegria.
Pros:

Os funcionários são ótimos. Super prestativos. Me orientaram em tudo que precisei.
Ser próximo da Igreja Católica.
Dava para ir a pé até o Parque das Águas.

Cons:

Não tinha secador de cabelo no quarto. Uma cidade mais fria, numa época fria e eu lavava o cabelo e tinha que sair com o cabelo molhado. Havia formiguinhas no quarto e no banheiro.
Não tinha um local para dependurar a toalha próximo do box. São pequenos detalhes que realmente fazem a diferença.
Depois de usar a toalha, também não tinha um local para dependurar para secar.
Não sei se no site informa claramente, mas todos os quartos são no andar superior e o acesso é por escada. Minha mãe de 88 anos ia comigo e desistiu na última hora. Se ela tivesse ido, não ia conseguir subir as escadas para acessar o quarto. Acho importante ficar registrado de forma clara que não há quarto para acessar sem ter que subir escadas.
