Unable to find the location which I already informed booking.com but surprisingly no reflection of my feed back. Don't know what's going go..can you please recheck my submission yesterday. I suggest to investigate of their location of suspicious contact no.

Everything was amazing the room is very clean, tidy and modern, we had the best nights sleep here since being in Thailand. The pool was lovely and always clean, they had bikes you could rent at the property which was very convenient. The owners/ staff were so so nice and helpful they could not do enough for you, would definitely recommend.

Nothing it was the best place we stayed in our trip:)

Beautiful, quiet, clean, and spacious with motorbike rentals and friendly hosts.
Pros:

I loved everything. The place was beautiful, quiet, in nature, yet close enough to food and the beach. You can rent a motorbike there which was super convenient. My room was beautiful, so spacious and a good price, and very clean. The hosts were very friendly and even gave me a ride when I left.

Big comfy rooms but without functional reception
Pros:

Nice big room with air-conditioning.
Beds are comfortable.
The pool is great and clean.
Good motorbikes to rent in hotel.
Decent quality for price..

Cons:

Staff was often missing and hard to find, they also were not really helpful in matters of 'what to see.. What to visit'
No kitchen and accessory to use.
Location is really far from everything. Motorbike is must.

Pros:

The Pool looked nice and clean but was we were too busy to go in it, not too far of a walk to the main bit of Ao Nang. Massive room compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in here at Thailand. The staff were amazing, when we booked a grab to go to the pier it never turned up and a member of staff ended up offering us a lift and we tried to pay him but didn’t take it. Excellent customer service.

Not the properties fault really but hard to find for some taxi drivers! Nothing else to fault

Pros:

Really nice property with comfortable rooms and a large swimming pool. Staff were very friendly and always available to assist. Just a little out of town but this wasn’t an issue as it was very quiet and peaceful. They also provided motorbikes to rent for just 250B per day. Highly recommended.

Best staff and great value for money.
Pros:

The family room was very spacious and comfortable and well air conditioned. The value for money is excellent won’t find better. The staff were very welcoming especially one lady she helped us so much. booked ferry’s, taxis for us she was lovely! Would recommend staying here for a nice quiet sleep

Our family enjoyed our stay and even extended by an additional day.
Pros:

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and spacious room with a nice deck. Kids enjoyed the pool. Location was a short distance to food and the beach, but motorbike rentals are available at the hotel. The hosts helped book a nice tour and even provided a private drive to our next destination.
