Pros:

We had the best stay here in Suites Valentina during our 2 weeks roadtrip in Mexico! We stayed 2 nights. The room is spacious, cozy, and in excellent condition. It is beautifully decorated with lovely details. I have never slept in such a wonderfully soft bed—and all those pillows! The kitchen is well equipped, with a large fridge-freezer, a toaster, and a kettle. The shower has plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The room has a balcony overlooking the restaurant. The rooftop terrace offers stunning sea views, and no one else used it during my stay—such peace and quiet! The room has efficient air conditioning and fresh air. The staff are friendly and cheerful, and their messages were warm and provided clear information. The center of the village is just behind a few steps, easy distance where ever you want to go.

Great place to be to enjoy Puerto Morelos!
Pros:

Close to the beach, helpful friendly staff, great seafood restaurant downstairs, clean! We asked Walter about a snorkel tour and he put us on to a great guide that brought the family out to the amazing reef to see turtles and rays and barracuda as well as so many beautiful fish!

Cons:

The only thing we didn’t like was that the pool on the rooftop wasn’t maintained. When we first arrived it was clean but by the time we left it was murky. We asked for it to be cleaned during our stay but it wasn’t. We were there a full week.
At night there can be loud music from the next street. We had earplugs thankfully. It is in a downtown tourist location so not surprising but if you are looking for a quiet spot this may not be for you.

Sympathique et très correct
Pros:

A 200 m de la plage et au coeur des commerces de la ville. Une chambre très propre et bien équipée. Au dessus du restaurant où vous pouvez déjeuner à un prix très correct pour un bord de mer. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. Un espace détente et ouscine sur le toit bien aménagé.

Leuke ervaring gehad!
Pros:

Na de negatieve reviews die recent geplaatst zijn, had ik geen hoge verwachtingen van tevoren. Ik heb twee nachten verbleven in deze accommodatie en heb een hele goede ervaring gehad. De locatie is super. Je zit direct in het meest levendige deel van de badplaats. Het dakterras vonden wij erg gaaf en het was handig dat er een koelkast op de kamer was.

Cons:

De gordijnen zijn te dun waardoor er veel licht de kamer in valt. Verder kun je alleen contant betalen bij aankomst, maar dat is iets waar je rekening mee kan houden.

Excelente lugar!! COBRAN CARGO POR USO DE TERMINAL BANCARIA ❌

La habitación y las instalaciones están geniales. Super cómodo y limpio

Cons:

La persona que me hizo el check in me quiso robar. Están cobrando el 3% de cargo por terminal bancaria, lo cual es ILEGAL. Pero tengo el RFC de la empresa y dirección, así que iré a Profeco el día de hoy. 👍🏻
