Pros:

Convenient location. Receptionist very friendly and helpful. Clean. Close to market, tram, supermarket and amenities.
Washing machine and dryer, basic kitchen amenities ( although we didn't use them)

Cons:

Cushions on the couch would have been a bit cosier.

Pros:

So close to everything..walked to Southbank, South Melbourne market is 2 minutes away. The apartment is well set up with absolutely everything you may need.

Perfect for us for our AO visit.
Pros:

Fabulous position, close to everything we required. Able to walk to AO (tennis). Clean, spacious apartment, met all our needs, perfect for us. Parking brilliant.

Pros:

The location was good and it was quiet.

Cons:

The light in the bathroom didn’t work and the apartment smelled of smoke. Opening the windows didn’t help.

Great location
Pros:

We stay numerous times when we are in MLB , close to South Melbourne markets, close to trams on Clarendon St, Woolworths and Aldi close by , also numerous great eateries

Cons:

Only grind was some noise by nearby appartments early hours of morning but in saying that this has not happened other times

Stingy and unclean.
Pros:

Staff member was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for our purposes. Good food places and supermarkets nearby.

Cons:

We found a new roach every day. Place was poorly cleaned, generally everything was gross but fridge had crumbs and grease, walls and blinds were all revolting. When we arrived there were ants all through the kitchen (not sure if the bench had been cleaned properly). There was no wash cloth provided for the kitchen so we had to use a bathroom towel to clean the kitchen. The shower and tiling in the bathroom were so poorly done it was impossible to have a shower and not flood the bathroom (evidence that this has been happening for some time and damage has been done to the door and frame to the bathroom. So the bathroom was had a high slip and fall danger - unsafe. The fire sprinkler in the bathroom was exposed into the ceiling. The fire sprinkler in the bedroom had what looked like tissue and paste jammed into it (not fire safety compliant). There was no broom to keep the floor tidy. The fridge had been attacked inside and out. The freezer had stab marks allowing for possible gasses to escape - unsafe. The bedding was inadequate for Winter. One light blanket (not in a cover/case, just sandwiched between sheets so the bed had to be re-made by us daily) with no additional blankets or pillows provided. We booked a room for the kitchen but only a single fry pan was provided meaning the oven could not be used. We were given 2 toilet rolls for 2 people staying 7 nights.
