Avoid the stay here if you are looking to spend more than crashing on in the night only
Pros:

The location is very good. In the Melbourne CBD

Cons:

The rooms shown in picture are only for pent house and sub pent house. Allotted rooms are in dinghy floors with no or very limited sun light. One sub pent house was allotted out of 2 apts allocated to our stay and being on diff floors with kids and highly restricted access made the stay very cumbersome. The corridors were also smelly.

Great Location but unloved apartment
Pros:

Location fantastic. South Melbourne markets are a major highlight that are so close.

Cons:

Very tired apartment; worn/stained couch, broken bathroom door (couldn’t shut as would lock yourself in with no exit), open/half used milk in fridge, unusable TV (broken remote so TV could be turned on, but unable to change channels and volume was set on max but couldn’t be changed).
Average cleanliness- hair found on bed sheet and bathroom floor.
Noisey - day and night - due to close proximity to highway.

Edge of city conveniency.
Pros:

This is a great location to stay. Close to the city, South Bank, South Melbourne Market, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. The apartment has everything you need for home away from home, perfect for me who was in Melbourne for medical treatment, I could relax in the lounge room each evening in comfort.

Cons:

We were a bit disappointed by the internet connection it wasn’t very stable.
