I was pleasantly surprised with this new hotel in Zahle. The staff was courteous, the rooms were nice and clean.
If there is one thing I would suggest is for them to answer their emails.

The towels smelly. Pillows smells and they seemed old with many oily heads slept on them. Shower drainage was clogged and water was flowing throughout the bathroom. This should be named a hostile stay.

The person preparing breakfast, forgetting to check my room, forgetting amenities and towels, and forgetting to return my laundry was the SAME person doing all these jobs, and was not very good at it. Obviously was not trained for any of the jobs, just cheap labor, and not clean. And all talk - no action. The only thing he cared about was the next cigarette, and helping relatives use guests. Would never consider this place again. Location was fine. To use elevator, you need to take your luggage up at least 10 steps before you get there.

We paid for extra bed through Expedia but staff still requested additional funding at check in. This is a dishonest practice.

From check in to check out the Staff was fantastic. Very helpful and informative. We would definitely go back and stay there.

Accessible location on the main street, friendly helpful staff. Clean and renovated place. Enjoyable stay and will definitely consider it again next time I'm in Zahle :)

Staff was very helpful; beautiful part of town, and wonderful views from restaurant terrace; comfortable space with cute little balcony; very clean; delicious and large breakfast.

Das La Place ist ein kleines Stadthotel im beschaulichen Stadtzentrum von Zahleh nicht weit vom Fluss Bardaouni. Das Hotel ist ein historisches Gebäude aus den 1920er Jahren, das aber vor kurzem vollständig und sehr hochwertig saniert wurde. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sehr sauber und verfügen nebern einer guten Klimatisierung (Sommer und Winter) über ein modernes Bad mit großzüger Dusche mit Glastrennwand. Die Zimmer haben bodentiefe Fenster zur Terrasse bzw. Balkon. Das landestypische Frühstück war einwandfrei, das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ich empfehle das La Place ausdrücklich.

Stayed on a Saturday night, and heard the club music going off until about 3am in the morning.
Breakfast was limited and not the best.
Pillows are way to hard
