Mt Fuji Views
Pros:

I chose the hotel for the balcony views to Mt Fuji. It was perfect with 4th floor gave uninterrupted views to the lake and the mountain from my balcony. I coukd lie in bed and view the mountain and the bathroom even had a window which could be opened to see the mountain from the bath. My room was immaculately clean. The onsen experience was wonderful with a lovely garden view whilst seated in a bath made from 1000+ year old Japanese cypress. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Cons:

One small thing I would like to suggest is on arrival they ask if a dinner and breakfast time would like to be booked in. I did not realise I had to book breakfast and so missed out.
Although breakfast ended at 9am and began at 7.30am when I arrived I was told they could not accommodate me for a later time. I was disappointed but accept that it was my mistake.

Toller Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Lage am Shoji See war unbeschreiblich! Jeden Tag mit dieser Aussicht aufzuwachen war einfach magisch.
Zimmer sehr geräumig und das Essen im Hotel was man vorbestellen musste sehr lecker

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren älter was man leider gerochen hat. Und paar kleine Flecken auf der Bettwäsche. Aber nicht extrem schlimm. Sonst sehr sauber.

飯店的員工跟老闆非常的熱情也很友善，住宿體驗非常的棒不同的房間都可以看到富士山；老闆還很熱情地跟我們介紹了hot spot 適合的拍照景點.早餐有提供西式跟日式的,都非常好吃，我個人非常推薦日式的：）溫泉空間不大：早上起床、就可以到對面湖畔、 看富士山·運氣好的話還可以看到逆富士、非常的棒

正面の部屋で大満足です。
Pros:

ローケーションが最高👍
スタッフは外国人を共に親切心で接してくれていたのが印象、フロントさん（オーナー？）は電話でもとてもよかったです。

この費用ではなかった。大満足！
贅沢を言わせて貰えるなら少しアップして、改修をしたらと思えるか所がありました、

A real gem
Pros:

We loved this hotel so much. The staff were so lovely and some spoke good English.
The views of Fuji are amazing and it isn’t too touristy. It’s remote which we liked but there is a convenience store 3 minute drive away.
We ate in the restaurant and had the steak. This was the best meal we’ve had our whole trip.
The beds were comfortable and the room was big.

Large & comfortable room
Pros:

The size of the room was amazing. It was clean & comfortable with an amazing view if My Fuji wasn't hiding behind clouds.

Cons:

The layout of the room. The toilet looked like a cupboard & it was on the other side of the room from the basin to wash your hands. This wasn't a big issue though.

ホットスポットでした！
Pros:

目の前が精進湖で、富士山越しに朝日がのぼってくるところを見たい！と思ったら、ホテルから徒歩でスタスタ歩いたらすぐ見られる！というロケーションが最高でした！

Cons:

お風呂が24時間と書いてあったのを期待していたが、実際は深夜帯は入れないように変わっていた事や、脱衣所の掃除？があまりされていないのか、髪の毛だらけだったのは気持ち悪く感じました。
ただ、お部屋や共有のスペースは綺麗にされている印象でした。
