Pros:

I absolutely loved the lakefront location. It's spectacular to wake up and see the mountain from my room's window. The atmosphere is perfect for relaxing, contemplating the beauty of nature, and fully experiencing Japanese culture.

Superb location to see Fuji
Pros:

Location and views from room or hotel grounds are fantastic. In spite of the hotel looking very run down it has certain appeal and I guess I would stay there again.

Cons:

To reach reception you have to climb appx 10 steps and if your room is on 3rd floor you have again to take some steps down to get to elevator. If you are carrying a suitcase it is not a great option. There was no one on reception offering help which we found strange. However if you are lucky and Fuji is not in clouds you would be presented with spectacular views.

Everything was amazing! Spacious rooms, AMAZING view of Mt Fuji, the onsen was super cute and clean, food was great as well! The staff was excellent! We had two amazing nights staying at this hotel

Très bon séjour où nous avons eu la chance d’avoir une météo favorable pour la vue sur le Fuji

Pros:

Location .. beautiful view of lake, Mt Fuji, Sakura season !! Just magnificent! Hiking trails also… there is a great winery , Fujisan Winery nearby with excellent il wines and cafe with excellent food.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
