Unwelcoming experience with hidden fees and zero flexibility
Pros:

Nothing. Won’t even recommend to friends.

Cons:

It is incredibly frustrating to deal with your hotel policies, especially when I’m a frequent traveller used to standard hospitality norms. Arriving just 30 minutes before a late 16:00 check-in and being asked to pay just to leave a single bag is an incredibly unwelcoming experience.
Most travellers expect basic luggage storage before check-in and regular housekeeping for a three-night stay as standard industry practice.
Very disappointing with Booking.com not emphasising hotel with NO cleaning service.

하카타역에서 가깝고...주위에 맛난곳 많아요...

Cons:

2층 맥주24시간 무제한서비스는 좋았는데... 저희는 이용하지않았어요..
2박3일 묵었는데 쇼핑하러 다니느라...
체크아웃 1시간 연장했구요..700엔..
대체적으로 좋았습니다

Ambience was great and the lounge area/lobby was very nice and cozy.

Cons:

Soundproofing could be improved, could hear neighbouring units moving around, coughing as well as noise from outside coming through the windows and doors.

Pros:

地點很棒 距離博多車站走路10分鐘以內。到Lalaport也很方便，附近就有公車可以直達。入住時房間冰箱裡面好多罐啤酒都是免費，二樓也有供應生啤酒、冰咖啡、熱咖啡以及一些餅乾，備品也很齊全。房間電視可以連手機看YT、Netflix，浴室與廁所乾淨，熱水很大很舒服。

Cons:

床對我來說太軟，枕頭也很軟很扁睡不習慣，第一天晚上幾乎沒什麼睡，後面兩天拿自己的衣服出來當枕頭，有比較好睡一點

冰箱啤酒10多罐，2樓交誼廳也有生啤與點心果乾/米國/堅果/雷神巧克力，距離博多車站大約走路10到15分鐘

因為沒有房務整理，因此久住客，房間會比較髒（頭髮跟毛），若要住宿時額外要整理需付費

Pros:

Room size is good and clean. All drink stocked in Minibar is free, with various types of beer except 2 bottles of soda water. Free flow of beers and drinks at the reception floor with lots of seats for hanging out with family and friends.

Only alcohol drinks in the minibar.

후쿠오카오면 무조건 존크~

후기에 깨끗하지않다고 해서 걱정했는데 솔직히 한국 비즈니스호텔보다 더깨끗함 넓고 직원분들 친절하고 시끄럽지않음
