コスパ最高。
Pros:

博多駅から徒歩6分くらいと好立地。しかも、大通りをまっすぐ歩けばよいだけなので、迷わず行ける。
部屋がリーズナブルで綺麗。スイートだったので、家族4人で持て余すくらいの広さ。マッサージチェアがついていたので、疲れも癒せて大満足。
漫画コーナーがあり、チェックイン前など楽しく時間を潰せる。

Cons:

トイレとお風呂が別ではあるが、風呂はガラスのドアなので、誰かがお風呂を利用しているとトイレが使えない。洗面所もトイレと同じ部屋なので、同様に使えないのは困った。海外っぽさはあるが、日本人の感覚だと戸惑う。また、風呂場やトイレに鍵がかけられないのも困った。
寝室とソファースペースの電灯が、一つのスイッチで制御されているので、誰かがベッドで寝てしまったら、リビングスペースは真っ暗になってしまう。

Cons:

連續入住沒有人打掃房間，住兩三天還可，如住一周可能有一些麻煩。雖然房間住客自行保持整潔不困難，但希望酒店可以改為每隔兩至三天打掃一次，這樣既能保持房間的整潔，亦省卻了住客要到樓下加添補充物品的麻煩（例如毛巾紙巾等需要在旅程的第三四天到前台補充）
