チェックイン注意、お酒最高
Pros:

冷蔵庫のお酒タダ、フロントのビールサーバーも飲めて、お酒好きには最高

Cons:

タオルにカメムシが付いていた。
チェックインは絶対16時ちょうどからしかできない。
普通のホテルは少し早めにチェックインとかできるが、数分早くきても16時まで待ってないといけないので注意。

Pros:

The room had a great bathroom and was walking distance from the station. We also made use of the free beer and snacks available on the 2nd floor.

Cons:

We were on the 13th floor and the building has an outdoor atrium which is quite scary to walk past to access the lifts, especially if you are scared of heights. Reception is on the 2nd floor and all floors are only accessible via the lift. This does mean quite a bit of waiting at the lift to get to and from the room. A very small window in the room with no visibility due to opaque glass. Our biggest issue was that the hotel does not allow forwarded luggage, We emailed separately to ask and they replied this is not possible due to security reasons. We think this may be to do with the reception area being on the 2nd floor. This did cause us some logistical problems but we managed to get our luggage to Hakata station via the postal service
