Great location with Danube views
Pros:

Located by the Danube River this is a good spot, and reasonably close to the bus and train station, with food & drink places nearby. Clean, good room. Downside was having to telephone them to get check in details as the reception closes at 5pm (rather than them proactively providing the information)...

Ok for the purpose
Pros:

I had a short night’s stay here and overall it was a good place for a good sleep. Thinking more long-term, the very spacious apartment and full complement of utensils plus fridge and (small) cooking plate would be perfect for self-catering. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. I received appropriate instructions regarding late arrival (front desk has limited hours).
The drawbacks are:
- “toiletries”, which consist of a handsoap bottle and a tiny pouch of universal shower gel / shampoo;
- an empty fridge with nothing available for purchase late in the day. Come prepared.
Nonetheless a positive choice.

Pros:

Very good communication with accommodating our late arrival. We have received a follow up call to make sure we are happy with our stay. Very nice location.

George is a super great host! The place of this writing is brand spanking new! If you come to Galati, make sure you come spend time in this great place!
