Generic construction of the Light Rail extension and nearby property is in place until approximately March 2026. Please note these projects will affect the Burleigh Heads area as a whole.

Boardwalk itself has no renovations and its full range of services and facilities are available however, during work hours there may be various levels of inconvenience and the resort will do all possible to minimize this.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Wonderful retreat to listen and watch the waves, handy to everything.
Pros:

Beautiful ocean view, luxurious 3 bed apartment with everything we needed for 5 adults to enjoy a wonderful stay. Loved the couch on the deck to chill and watch the day go by. Very handy to the beach and amazing facilities, pool, bbq area. Easy walk everywhere. No need for a car.

reception was only open in hours when I was out, so I never saw staff I was at a conference from 8-5 each day, reception was 9 to 4.

Great location but paid for it with very loud road noise and bright lights
Pros:

Great location and good size room.

Cons:

One floor up from highway and roadworks. Incredibly noisy and had floodlights from the road works shining into the room.

Schöne, empfehlenswerte Wohnung in sehr guter Lage.
Pros:

Sehr moderne, geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Sehr schön angelegte Pool- und Gartenanlage mit sehr bequemen Liegen.
Gutes Gym.

Cons:

Etwas mehr Kochausrüstung und Basics wie Salz, Pfeffer, Öl und Essig wären toll gewesen.

3.5 Star stay
Pros:

Location to Burleigh Heads (if there were not major roadworks)

Cons:

Access instructions when we first arrived before 5pm and reception was closed.
Roadworks were a nightmare as when returning to hotel in evening the workers did not allow us to access the Boardwalk and directed us away so we were going round in circles as the road entrance was closed. Would not have stayed here if I was aware of the roadworks.
