Generic construction of the Light Rail extension and nearby property is in place until approximately March 2026. Please note these projects will affect the Burleigh Heads area as a whole.

Boardwalk itself has no renovations and its full range of services and facilities are available however, during work hours there may be various levels of inconvenience and the resort will do all possible to minimize this.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Comfortable and worry free.
Pros:

Spacious, well maintained and clean. Having a bathroom each was a bonus. Lovely balcony with view.
Excellent service from reception staff.

Cons:

The smart tv was too smart for me. Perseverance and good luck eventually found free to air programs.
