I couldn’t be more pleased with the apartment. Superb location, wonderful views, clean, safe .
Pros:

Great facilities and overall a lovely place to stay. Helpful reception staff. I actually stayed in 2 different apartments as visiting family and we were away for a few days in the middle of my trip, but both were clean and lovely. Great location!!

Great location and amenities.
Pros:

The location was amazing so easy to walk to Burleigh restaurants, shops and to the beach. The after hours check-in process was easy. Great having parking and then walking through the property to access the beach side. The grounds were lovely with the pool and the gym. Lots of mirrors if getting ready for a wedding.

Disappointing on this occasion due to a lower standard 3 bedroom apartment with cheap fitout.
Pros:

The reception staff are always amazing and the general amenities and location are excellent.

Cons:

I have stayed at these apartments on several occasions, always in a 3 bedroom apartment. During this stay, we were allocated apartment number 66, which was not anywhere near the standard and condition of the previous 3 bedroom apartments we have stayed in at this building. Unfortunately, the main bedroom bed was extremely uncomfortable (a thin cheap mattress on a wooden bed frame base and extremely low), the lounge room couch was also very cheap, very low, unsupportive and in poor condition, and the main dining room chairs were uncomfortable and clearly did not match the dining table (the chairs were far too low for the high set table).

The ensuite bathroom was also very worn, not particularly clean, and the mirror was worn and falling apart. Given the relatively high cost of staying at these apartments, a much higher standard is expected. The previous 3 bedroom apartments that we have stayed in were of a much higher standard and had much better furnishings. This particular apartment is due for a makeover and should not be rented out at the same rates in its current condition.

My brother also rented a 2 bedroom apartment during the same stay timeframe, an unfortunately, the standard/condition of this apartment was also disappointing.

We are hoping that if we stay at these apartments again that we will be provided with an apartment more in line with the standard of previous 3 apartments we have rented.
