Hotel Delhi Regency

Terrible experience. The room was dirty and humid. We found cockroaches and a big mouse inside the room. We left after the first night.

Convenable

I found the service to be very good and I felt very comfortable in this hotel as a solo female traveller in Delhi. Very basic room as reflected in the price but was in a really good location for what I wanted.

Hotel Gold Regency is the best hotel in paharganj area. The rooms are very big and the food is amazing.

The staff is very friendly, especially their manager Utpal Deka who gave me a free upgrade also. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights. So far i didnt have peoblems with the staffs. I am a canadian and i like to have the fiest hand experience to be in the city where i could see how people do. Also i had the chance to make new Deaf women at the non-profit organization. So i am happy.

It was ok

The people were friendly, but the room/bathroom was not clean, noisy, bad quality TV (nothing English), hot bucket water (not shower), wifi not working

The room was quite spacious with a nice sitting area. Staff are helpful. Room and bathroom were quite clean and the hotel is very centrally located near metro and railway station.

It was very cheap, decent for the price and had meals available

DO NOT STAY HERE EVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. This place is the most disgustingly filthy place on the planet. I was afraid of catching something if I touched anything especially the bathroom, which I don't think has been cleaned for some months. The smell was unbearable. I lasted 3/4 of n hour before I was forced to leave and find other accommodation AT EXTRA EXPENSE TO ME. The owner/proprietor was extremely rude and disinterested. IT SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM HOTELS.COM COMPLETELY.
Seriously disgusted and dissappointed at this suggestion from hotels.com and am sorry I booked it.

This hotel is all about the very pleasant stay with good staff, It is near to New Delhi Railway Station and just 20 km to Igi airport.sadar bazar behind of this hotel ,so Businessmen prefer to stay there. i have stayed there many times,overall nice stay there.

Staffs of this hotel are very cooperative and kind. Very clean hotel. Nice facilities and yummy food. I totally recommend.Very close to the New Delhi railwaystation. Easily can get auto to go to places.

There were COCKROACHES all over the room
They gave tap water to drink in the room.
First, they wouldnt give fresh towels on the second day. After fighting for it, They gave old used unwashed trowel. It had stain of blood or pan spit...

My worst experience of stay outside. I was with my daughter. She had an exam at Delhi Cantt. As we entered inside room, it was so dirty that I could not explain in words. Bed sheet and pillow covers were very dirty.

We stayed for one night at Hotel Delhi Regency. We arrived after 11pm and the kitchen was already closed but the staff kindly offered to go and get us food from outside in case we were hungry. Unfortunately the wifi signal was weak. I recommend the place for those who are travelling through Delhi and not planning on spending too much time in their hotel rooms. The location is good.
