Beautiful view and stunning property!
Pros:

The location and view. The property itself is stunning and well maintained. The breakfast was fabulous and the staff in bar and restaurant were so helpful as was the lovely lady in the spa.

Cons:

My room was below the restaurant and the noise from the restaurant carried on throughout the night. They had to move me to a different room.

Dont take kanchenjunga view room , no hot water !
Pros:

Staff were really good Special mention for Regina in the dining room. Also the spa was really good , the therapist Carol was really good.

Cons:

The room we booked kanchenjunga view had no hot water, it was luke warm , can you imagine ! Its room 627 . My father who is 82 years old got sick because of the cold shower . There is a fault in the hot water plumbing . Even Rs 2000 home stays in kalimpong have hot water .
