Overall it was a great stay
Pros:

The rooms are huge and there is a touch of heritage everywhere. Chef Sanjeev is very good with non veg specifically with egg delicacies in breakfast

Cons:

Even if the rooms are empty they denied for early check in.

Like a dream!
Pros:

The Mayfair Himalayan Spa Resort in Kalimpong has a dreamy appearance. The bright pink colours, the heritage cottages, the manicured lawn and plants, and the view of the mountain range in front.
1. It is possible to spend many quality hours just sitting at the lawn, sipping on Darjeeling tea and taking in the view of the mountains.
2. The room was huge, and the bathroom too. We had booked for 3 persons and 1 child in one room, so we were provided a cot on request, which was just about comfortable. Since I paid an additional Rs. 10,000/- I was expecting separate bed facilities, but that was not to be.
3. We availed the spa, and it was really great value-for-money and refreshing.
4. Family-friendly pool and variety of indoor games on offer.

Cons:

1. The breakfast was good, but lacked the indulgence of an usual 5-star property.
2. Food was great to taste, but were a tad too expensive.
