Stayed here for the Launceston running festival - right outside the start line easy access
The room, the staff, the location - all spectacular! Loved Archie the cute hotel dog. Premium rooms, well worth the money.
Great stay, food and service excellent
Meals, room comfortable bed
Spacious rooms. Great restaurant. Helpful pleasant staff
It suffers the same problem as many 5 star hotels : despite the spacious room it really caters for only one guest in its furnishings. Only one chair and a chaise which verges on the ridiculous. Also
breakfast staff a little off
The location. Parking is so easy and the hotel's design is so interesting. I had the best steak I've ever had in my life at the restaurant - Grain of the Silos.
No bath in my room - but I didn't book a room with one - so nothing to complain about.
That we were upgtaded to a silo suite at no extra cost which was lovely.
A bit expensive
The was large with a nice view and comfy bed, I would of liked fresh juice for breakfast, overall a lovely to stay.
