Lovely friendly staff, location great, amazing restaurant
There’s nothing to dislike
I had the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. The heirloom tomatoes on sourdough was exceptional.
Large, comfortable room, with separate sunroom, isolated from the main room and air-conditioning.
Free secure parking available.
Great staff and wonderful convenient location.
May need more disabled parking.
Everything was perfect
The view and space
Reception and higher end customer service could be considered
Breakfast whilst included in our booking was a bit limited no real simple options.
Whilst menu was fine didn’t suit my requirements.
Dinner meal day 1 pricing excessive eye fillet steak was fatty & grissly over priced.
Spaghetti & prawns whilst nice again was over priced.
The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable even for a person with back pain like me. The bed sheets were clean and dry which quite impressed me. Good location too at the river bank with beautiful views and lots of restaurants along the shore. Definitely recommend it. Everything 5 star but only gave 4 star for price because I didn’t expect this price at Launceston.
The door of the room was really hard to be pushed open.
Location
Beautiful area
Great location, friendly staff and a beautiful black Labrador to pat
Reception are friendly and they have a dog on site which is very cute
No coffee machine in room, they quality of robes etc could be a level higher for the price
Breakfast was ok
Dinner menu is horrid and what I ordered came out cold.should stick to more Australian menu and use local produce like crayfish, salmon and beef.
Grosses, komfortables Zimmer. Bequemes Bett. Lage ideal, um gemütlich zu Fuss die Stadt zu erkunden. Sehr gutes Essen mit zuvorkommendem Service.
