Pros:

The location was incredible. Having everything at our fingertips was nice for our first time. The silo room was very pretty.

Cons:

I was surprised at the reception staff approach. I would have loved a bit more information from them. It was very transactional and j didn't feel like they were overly happy to help us.

Modern set up with clean, spacious rooms and feiendly staff. Ideal for a staycation or work trip.
Pros:

I enjoyed the design of the room and the spaciousness of the room. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. The food and cocktail I had was yummy. The housekeeping staff were lovely and room service was very efficient.

For the price, was a great stay, will definitely stay again, I’ll just bring ear plugs with me next time!
Pros:

Great spacious room, very clean, friendly staff,
Breakfast was amazing 😊

Cons:

Being a light sleeper, for a thick concrete walled room, I found it very noisy from either extraction fans or compressors kicking in all night that service the building, I felt like I was staying at an airport! So lack of sleep was a bit frustrating.

Definitely coming back. My fave in Launceston
Pros:

Facilities were excellent. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. Room was comfortable and spacious. Staff friendly and communicative and willing to go above and beyond.

Cons:

Secure parking was at an extra fee.
