Not a safe choice.
Pros:

I stayed before and thought it was fine. Service this time was abysmal.

Cons:

Hotel staff came to my door at 1:30 at night to see if the toilet was working. It seemed like they had some other motives and didn't leave me feeling safe. Also, hot water was shut down, bed sheets were dirty, and no towels were provided. Check-in took more than 30 minutes.

Excellent place. Service was great. They even helped us in arranging our visit to Dargah. This hotel is in a busy market. So it is best to park your car at the railway station parking near byz

High priced hotel with below standard service.
Pros:

Location of hotel is in a very crowded area. Earlier used to be Majestic Cinema and now rebuilt as a hotel. Lady at reception had very poor communication skills. Rooms are not cleaned daily and despite requesting the reception to clean room, no action taken. Rooms are very small in size and hardly any place for keeping your bags. Breakfast was OK and very spicy. Will not recommend this hotel. Management needs to wake up and appoint professional staff who understand basic English or Hindi.
