Economical clean friendly hotel which we would return to as our top choice
Pros:

Very friendly staff interested in making sure we had the best room

Cons:

Only issue was parking which could be found with persistence but still better than the centre of town

The stay was not the best
Pros:

I liked the location but on the photos it said it was above top with the sea view and when we arrived they gave us the key for the bottom for underground not being able to get the good view of brighton

Cons:

The bathroom isn't quite clean or new and the wall was quiet old pelling at stains on the wall

Good for a budge hotel.
Pros:

Location was great with a sea view

Standard room with double bed and single bed. Clean towels given and bedsheets although some stained. It’s ok for a budget hotel and those who overly complain should go and pay for a 5 star if they are so picky

I also left my work phone in the room and the receptionist contacted me to inform me. Good and honest staff.

Cons:

Although shampoo in bathroom, there was no soap
