Good for basic one night stay, slightly over priced.
Pros:

It was a 2 minute walk from the seafront

Cons:

It was a little over priced for what it is, and the toilet wasn't cleaned before our booking as there was remnants of the last guest that stayed there in the toilet.

Excellent host family friendly!
Pros:

Me and my wife Michelle, we're currently in a horrible situation were my sister in law is in a local hospice. Mike and family have made us welcome and made sure we were as comfortable as possible. I really can't say it enough brilliant.

Value for money for an overnight stay
Pros:

Quick and smooth check in. Location was good and close enough to city centre and about a 15 minute walk to the Brighton centre.
Room was clean and Bed was comfortable. Room was a little dated and in need of redecoration and the shower took a little time for the hot water to come through (probably because room was at top of hotel) but ok in the end.
Well priced and value for money for an overnight stay.

Cons:

Ok for me but the stairs leading up to the rooms at the top are quite steep and uneven and might not suit those less mobile .
