Really nice and spacious room. Bed was super comfortable and cleaners came round each day to see if I needed the room cleaned. Was super clean and a nice room in a really good location, tucked away on a side street so you don’t get too much street noise. Wanted to extend my booking it was so nice!
Walls were quite thin so could hear a bit of noise from other guests when they were in the hallways

It's a bit noisy with the other room mates, some problems with the hot water, It gets too hot and too cold all of the sudden

The hotel is located under the highway, so you have to take your suitcase down the stairs. When you go home, you are assisted by female staff.

beautiful place, amazing room with bed heater, big shower! good location in Sa Pa, the host was here helpful and speaks English and French! 100% recommend this place

The staff were all really lovely, the bathroom in our room was quirky too and a good location closed to the centre of Sapa.
The bedroom was abit outdated, needed repainting as there was mould on the ceiling.
you could also smell a damp smell on the bedding and around the room, I think it was because mould was growing in the room.
it was noisy at night time, you could hear everything through the walls, people chatting, walking around the hotel, a dog barking in the hotel.
Unfortunately the noodle bar across the road has an opening song that comes on at 6:30am in the morning which is ridiculously loud and will definitely wake you up no matter which part of the hotel you stay in, this has upset a few customers I believe from reading reviews, it’s a shame really.
Excellent location. Very near to the Train station that takes us to Fansipan Cable car station.
The mattress is very hard.
