Cons:

On entry to hotel,. We were approached by rude lady shouting about a tour. She had mistaken us for someone else. Breakfast choice was the poorest we have ever seen. We do not recommend. Noisy outside from 6 am. Limited towels for two people. Fridge broken, reported but not fixed as promised. Good location

The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff are friendly and helpful, the bed is very comfortable, it is a good location with restaurants, shops, etc so close.

Clean, comfortable and good location!
Pros:

Really nice and spacious room. Bed was super comfortable and cleaners came round each day to see if I needed the room cleaned. Was super clean and a nice room in a really good location, tucked away on a side street so you don’t get too much street noise. Wanted to extend my booking it was so nice!

Cons:

Walls were quite thin so could hear a bit of noise from other guests when they were in the hallways

Receptionist was very kind and helpful, Location is nearby to centre, Facilities were okay...

It's a bit noisy with the other room mates, some problems with the hot water, It gets too hot and too cold all of the sudden
