Pros:

La chambre spacieuse (nous étions 4). Propreté impeccable.

Pros:

J'ai beaucoup aimé le personnel. Le petit déjeuner était inclus dans le prix et il était pas mal du tout. Nous étions sur la route des cinques terres et l'hôtel était sur le trajet pour pouvoir faire une pause donc parfait. La chambre était également très grande

Cons:

La dureté du matelas et nous étions au premier étage et le soir nous entendions les gens au dessus alors qu'il était plus de 22h

Pros:

I technically had a room, even though I couldn't sleep there.

Cons:

I stayed at Hotel Des Alpes on the night of April 4th, and it was, without exaggeration, one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

A group of young football players was staying at the hotel, and the individuals in the room directly above mine (Room 117) held a loud party that lasted until 6:00 AM. The night was filled with constant shouting, laughing, moving of furniture, and doors being slammed repeatedly.

The Failure of Management:
What makes this unacceptable is that I made numerous complaints throughout the night. I spoke to the guests directly and even involved the night guard. Despite this, the hotel was completely unable—or unwilling—to calm the guests down or enforce basic noise policies. These were minors who were clearly not being supervised by the adults in their group, and the hotel did nothing to hold them or their supervisors accountable.

The Consequences:
I had to depart the next morning for a 500 km drive with my family. Because of the hotel’s inability to manage their guests, I was forced to drive in a state of total sleep deprivation, which I feel put my family’s lives at risk.

If you value sleep or safety, I cannot recommend staying here until they take their noise policies and guest conduct seriously.

nice staff, comfortable bed, nice breakfast. room door needs a lock inside!

very kind staff and clean premises. good breakfast

Cons:

there was no way to lock the door from inside the room. the bathroom was outdated. the smell of bleach in the morning from a full bucket left in the corridor was disturbing
