Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf die Berge. Die Wohnung war geräumig und top ausgestattet. Das Frühstück bestand aus regionalen und frischen Zutaten und war extrem lecker.

Pros:

Top Lage unweit des Seeufers, modernes Bad, hübsch angelegter Schwimmteich, ausreichend Parkplätze am Haus und Sauna zur freien Nutzung. Tiere willkommen. Diverse Restaurants und Bäcker in der Nähe.

Cons:

Unbequemes Schlafsofa, Küche recht spartanisch ausgestattet, Kühlschrank mit defekten Ablagen, Kochplatten aufgrund zu enger Anordnung kaum nutzbar. Preis fürs Frühstück (64 €/Tag für unsere 4köpfige Familie) hat uns zudem abgeschreckt.

N deixaram lençóis suficientes para todos hóspedes, cama bebé n tnh almofada nem nada para tapar a criança. Como receção fecha as 16h n e possível pedir. Loiça de anteriores hóspedes ainda na máquina. Camas extremamente ruidosas. Era simpático água cortesia

Communication et service déplorables

Cons:

L’hôtel est réparti sur deux bâtiments, mais cette information n’a pas été communiquée avant notre arrivée. En arrivant de nuit, sans réception, il est difficile de s’orienter. J’ai suggéré qu’un plan soit envoyé par e-mail avant l’arrivée, mais cette remarque a été mal reçue.

Les réductions pour les musées sont une bonne idée, mais nous les avons découvertes après avoir déjà effectué nos visites.

Enfin, j’ai oublié mon chargeur d’ordinateur sur la table de chevet de gauche. En appelant vers 19 h le jour de notre départ pour l’indiquer, on m’a répondu qu’il n’était pas là, puis l’appel a été interrompu. Mes tentatives de rappel sont restées sans réponse.

Ces points ont laissé une impression mitigée du service.

We arrived late and didn’t find the second building right away. It was totally our problem as we arrived so late and it was dark. There was a sign that we didn’t see right away.

Déçue si l'on regarde le rapport qualité prix et le logement ne correspondait pas à ma réservation

l'emplacement est parfait et le calme du site

Cons:

J'avais réservé un appartement avec 1 chambre et je me suis retrouvée sur place avec une pièce unique avec un canapé lit inconfortable et un lit double dans la même pièce. L'appartement n'était pas très propre à l'arrivée. Il n'est pas très bien équipé dans le coin cuisine et le coin toilette n'est pas très intime
