Cons:

The room is not as advertised, the room was extremely hot, Ac was broken, the room was dirty and the fridge was not working - when I opened the fridge, water was leaking everywhere. On top of that, the card room was not working to begin with, I had to call a staff to open my room door. I went directly to the reception asking them to cancel my reservation and refund me my money. They refused stating that their policy is non-refund. But they didn’t meet what they advertised, so as far as I am concerned, there is no valid contract to adhere to their policy. Booking refused to offer any help in that regard which is very disappointing.
