My stay was disappointing from the start. The room heater didn’t work, and when I informed the staff, I was told that hotels in the Middle East “don’t need heaters,” despite a brand‑new, fully functioning one installed in the hallway. I was eventually moved to another room where the heater worked, but the inconvenience was unnecessary.

The breakfast was an extremely unpleasant surprise—so much so that I prefer not to go into details. As someone who stays in many hotels, it’s clear to me that the owner is never present and the staff lack proper training or experience. Overall, the hotel needs serious improvement in both service and management.
