L’hôtel est très bien placé, seulement à 5 minutes à pieds de la plage et proche des commerces.
Le wifi est malheureusement assez instable, j’ai du consommer ma 4G personnel ce qui est assez coûteux quand on vient de l’étranger.
Merkezde güzel bir otel. Hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık.
Breakfast was ok, but nothing special.
The hotel confirmed they do not have free parking( hotel is on the street closed to traffic) and that the parking on the street in front and outside was possible. What they have not mentioned is that the nearest parking is around 200 meters from the hotel, which was not great with the bags.
Another downside is that the hotel is right in the center of the night clubs area, which makes it EXTREMELY noisy till 1 am. Closing the windows does not help a lot, not to mention that the aircon is really old, noisy and and does not smell well.
The towels provided in the room had stains on them, had to ask for the new ones. Room is quite outdated, water was not flowing well, and it took some good time until it got at least relatively hot.

We recently spent 5 wonderful nights at Ilkiz Beach Hotel, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This family-run hotel truly exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the family who manages the hotel greeted us with warmth and incredible hospitality. Their friendliness and dedication to making sure our holiday was enjoyable really stood out.
The hotel is in a perfect location, just a short walk to the famous Ölüdeniz beach. Plus, being situated on the main street meant we had easy access to everything – restaurants, shops, currency exchange offices, pubs, and supermarkets were all within arm's reach.
Our room was spacious and featured a lovely terrace that overlooked the hotel’s beautiful garden – a perfect spot to relax after a day out. Breakfast was also a highlight of our stay. Mr. Ali, who served breakfast, always welcomed us with a smile that made our mornings even brighter.
Overall, Ilkiz Beach Hotel made our Ölüdeniz stay memorable. If we ever come back to Ölüdeniz, this is the only place we would stay!

A lovely, small, family-run place, more like a pension than a hotel, with a large, beautiful garden and great breakfast. Other reviews complain about the noise from the nearby karaoke, but with doors and windows shut and air conditioning on (necessary in August, when I was there), I didn't notice this.
Ölüdeniz çarşı içinde konumu son derece mükemmel olan bir tesis.Araç için otopark yok yan yollara ücretsiz park edebiliyorsunuz.Çok güler yüzlü ve yardımsever arkadaşlar.Tabiat parkına 10 dakika yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz araç kullanmaya hiç gerek yok.
Genel itibariyle temiz ve sakin bir oteldi. Biraz pahalı geldi ama Ölüdeniz gerçekten pahalı bir yer zaten. Kahvaltıda Ali Bey çok yardımcı oldu sağolsun.
What a fantastic family run hotel set in beautiful tranquil gardens. The hotel was cleaned daily, staff so friendly and a 5 minute walk from the beach. Would definately reccomend this gem of a place. Close to all shops and amenities. Will be back
The location was perfect for us as we were only in Ölüdeniz for a short stop and needed a hotel close to the beach and bus station. The hotel has a garden which is nice in the middle of the city turmoil. The room was clean and the bed was big. Special thanks to our hosts who were really nice to us, we even got to try their homemade stuffed vine leaves. I recommend this place
The only negative thing was the noise at night. Ölüdeniz is a very loud city with many night clubs, it has nothing to do with the hotel but if you choose to stay in the center close to the beach be prepared to hear some very loud music.

The location of the hotel is very good. The garden inside of the premises is magnificient. The staff is also kind.
The breakfast could be better.
Vetrauenswürdige, seriöse und hilfsbereite Eigentümer. Schöner Garten, sogar mit Gemeinschaftsdusche und WC (haben uns vor Eincheckzeit frisch gemacht und sind an den Strand, als wir wieder da waren, war Gepäck auf dem Zimmer). Zimmer mit Kühlschrank, Klima und Balkon. Frühstückspavillion. Bei offenem Fenster kann man allerdings nicht schlafen, weil auf der Rückseite laute Restaurant/Bars und Einkaufsstrasse. Bedeutet aber auch, das alles fußläufig zu erreichen ist (Shopping, Essen, Supermarkt, Wechselstuben, Paragliding, Bootstouren). Strand 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Dort fährt auch Dolmuş nach Fethiye bis kurz nach Mitternacht, alle 5 Minuten.
The staff is incredibly welcoming, sweet and polite. My mom and I felt very good staying at Ilkiz Hotel. The rooms and all the facilities we exceptionally clean, I really appreciated that. You could really feel the staff takes care of the hotel and the guests.
A super minor issue - the hotel is located at the street with all the bars and clubs, sometimes you can hear the music even late at night. The wifi in our room didn't work that well, but I could take work calls without any problem in the common area and in the garden.
2 defa kaldım bu otelde aile oteli temiz çalışan abide çok güler yüzlü otel sahipleride her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar ölüdenizde fiyatlar çok pahalı olduğu için tam ideal otel tavsiye ederim. Otopark yok aracı bir arka caddeye park edebilirsiniz.
Gayet rahat, temiz ve konaklamak için güzel bir yer. Denize ve çarşıya çok yakın. Çalişanlar yardımsever ve güler yüzlü.
