Herzlicher Service und makellose Zimmer
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr respektvoll und freundlich. Das Zimmer war äußerst sauber und gut vorbereitet. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.

Ich hatte kein Frühstück

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, kaum Bewegungsmöglichkeiten. Die Angestellten waren wenig hilfsbereit und konnten nicht mal grüßen, weder guten Morgen noch guten Tag.

die Lage ist super direkt an der Fußgänger Zone

Cons:

wir sind um 20:00uhr vom Essen gekommen und wollten noch was auf dem großen Balkon gemütlich was Trinken aber es war schon geschlossen und das Freitags. es gab kein Frühstücksbuffet wo ich mir mein Frühstück selber zusammen stellen konnte sondern der Teller war schon fertig zusammen gestellt und das Frühstücksei war kalt und das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr unfreundlich sie hat nicht einmal gefragt ob alles in Ordnung sei oder ob man noch einen Kaffee möchte. aus dem Abfluss der Dusche hat es gestunken
