location. right in the middle of city centre. On quiet area. House keeping tip top, very fast response. View is stunning
The staff. Reception to security. Not friendly. The way they communicate with customers, a bit impatient & dismissive. Simply lack of customer service. You ask a question, they answer for sure, but the body language is simply denying. I have never have this kind of experience with receptionist from International Hotel Chain. Just weird.
Staying for 1 night at Hyatt Palce Sanya was an extreordinary experience. From the smooth check in experience till checking out. Everything was enjoyable. Having a spacious and clean room really gave me a relieve after a long trip around Sanya. Breakfast wa satisfying and more than enough varieties. It is very recommended for business or family trip...!!!
Great staff room clean
Food was little too Chinese but was still good
The staffs all speak English perfectly, so it was really easier to communicate rather than other hotels in Sanya. The breakfasts were on point and the room was super comfy.
I just wish they stopped having swimming class every hour, it was diff for people to see their kids having trouble with bumping into them.

Very good location and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Like the breakfast very much as they change every day. There are some shop around the hotel, you can get food just nearby.. If you coming over to Sanya, you should consider this hotel.
Non-smoking areas should be assigned around the property for healthy reason.

Sanya Center Hyatt Place is simply the best hotel value for a Sanya stay. Great rooms, great views, great breakfast, and great staff and management that are committed to making customer service the highest priority.
It’s not on the beach, but the beach isn’t too far away. And it’s convenient to a multitude of restaurants, banks, and every other type of service you could want.
