Looks kind of rugged, but comfortable rooms at reasonable rate
Pros:

Spacious room with two beds, small bathroom, had the standard onsen tub/shower. Small refrigerator was handy, a small pot and hotplate to make hot water for tea/coffee. Very nice Japanese breakfast buffet was included, added value to the stay. Location is hard to find, it is inside a building, floors 3 thru 5, has an elevator. Decent walk from JR station, a nice park around the castle ruins. Area around train station is covered two tier walkways, interesting wander.
