Pros:

A great place to stay.
Pros:

Great location, very close to the station. Room size is good, bed size is quite decent. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. Good facility. Room is very clean.

Cons:

Bed is a bit hard and uncomfortable.

Cons:

The room card doesn't have room number. I forgot what was the room number and accidentally applied the card to wrong room. It would be nice to write down the room number on the card.

Nice hotel if you don’t need heating
Pros:

Good location and even though the bed was against the wall you could squeeze your way in. At least the rest of the room was an adequate size
After asking about the lack of heating they did provide a plug in radiator

Cons:

The second day we were there, it was cold and raining and there was no heat. After asking at the front desk a couple of times, they said since the weather had fluctuated only air conditioning was available in the rooms. The hallways and lobby were warm so it was hard to understand their response
The controls for the washlet would not allow for heated seats or warm water but the restrooms in the lobby allowed it

Definitely recommend this hotel. Excellent
Pros:

We booked the club room. The room was spacious & very well appointed. Very comfortable bed & great pillows. The amenities were very good. The service was excellent . 4 minute walk to the JR Station

Nothing, it was an excellent place to stay

Cons:

The room smelled terrible. From the moment we opened the door, there was a strong odor. We were too tired to ask for another room. I did tell the staff and was shown where the air freshener was. I was constantly spraying in the room. I stayed here in October 2023 and was very happy which is why I came back. The room had wallpaper that was peeling also. It wasn’t the same
