Pros:

일단 숙소 입구쪽 공간을 계속 공사중인데 먼지도 많이 날리고 진흙투성이에 공사 인부들도 계속 들락거려서 불편했습니다. 이정도 컨디션이었으면 손님을 받지 말거나 예약시에 미리 알렸어야 한다고 생각합니다.
그리고 숙소 청소를 해주긴 하는데 거의 이불만 정리해주는 정도이고, 한 번은 침구류에서 고약한 냄새가 나서 교체를 요청했는데 다음날에서야 바꿔줘서 하루는 냄새나는 침대에서 자야 했습니다.
연락처로 연락하면 응대는 친절하지만, 처리가 빠르지는 않습니다.

Nice spot.
Better value available locally
Bathroom pretty dirty/old.
Next to no amenities. Not even a bottle of water let alone a glass.
Didn't want to try and negotiate how breakfast happened...

2nd stay, simply delightful little beach hotel
Pros:

This was my second time staying at Perissos on Echo beach and it is consistently great. Clean room, modern spacious design, amazing AC and super friendly service. Its walking distance from where you want to be, not noisy and had a nice pool. I left all my toiletries there accidentally and the next day when I came to retrieve them they had them waiting in a little baggie for me. So kind! Could not ask for nicer service or a better place to stay.

The noise from the yoga and sports studio made it impossible to sleep. Loud music started from 6 in the morning. Really loud.
