Chambre ne correspond pas à la description.
Pros:

La description n’est en aucun cas ce que nous avons eu. Après 3 nuitées sur 5, il nous a changé pour la chambre que nous avions réservé. Aucune réception, il nous a fallu 2 h a trouvé quelqu’un (en cognant la porte de résident de la tour) qui pouvait appelé pour nous une personne qui pouvait nous ouvrir la porte. Notez que Hotels.com ne donnait pas le numéro de téléphone, nous avons dû trouver le numéro sur Expédia. Aucune manière de communiquer avec Hotels.com en Asie.
Moisissures dans le frigo et les toilettes, fortes odeur de cigarette.

Pros:

We had reservation from August 31-September 3 in Tianjin Xinyi Apartment Hotel at address: bldg.4 Jinmao square n 370 Tianjin, 300000 China.
We arrived at Tianjin and from South train station called the hotel to ask for directions to drive. They said they didn't know about any reservation. But asked my phone, name, itinerary number. So we had to find it by ourself. When we finally came to hotel apartment building, we couldn't get in. We asked for help people standing nearby. After couple of calls, men came down and said:"we don't have a room for you". We said that we paid and showed receipt. He said he rented room to someone else and called hostel, so we can stay there. He said he will reimburse all the money.
We spent night in a hostel in a little room with 6 people in. We couldn't even leave our luggage there. Next morning, September 1 st we had no choice but leave Tianjin.
From what men told us, it was his own apartment that he is renting out. We asked for his id or to bring us to office, he declined. He said there is no office. The phone listed in the advertisement is his personal cell phone.
Please refund me with the full amount of $ 85.56 as we didn't even see the hotel and it ruined our vacation.
