This was our first time in this hotel, I was surprised by decor, and hospitality

Ailece gittim havuzlar ve hizmet başta çok güzel. Yemekler çok lezzetli. Odalar temiz ve konforlu.

Sadece havuzun biraz erken açılmasını isterdim

2+1odayı seçtim. Fakat hayatımda kaldığım en kötü ve pis otel diyebilirim.. salondaki koltuğunda karıncalar olduğu için hiç oturamadık. Tuvaletler temizlik durumu kötü.. her yer karınca.. ve odaya su istedem 1saattır gelmedi. Kendim gidip aldım. Antalyaya giderken duraklama için kaldım. Termal haricınde hiç bir şey beğenmedim. Akşam yemeği çokaz çeşitli yabancı bir olarak yiyebilen yemek yok diyebilirim.. meyve yedik. Kahvaltı da dahildi ama hiç bir şey yemeden çıktık

Oda temizliği ve yemekleri çok güzeldi teşekkürler

Bize hitap eden bir yerdi. Kafa dinlemek, huzur bulmak, deniz tatili dışında bir keyif yaşamak için birebir. Karşılamasından tutun da temizlik hizmetlerine, yemeklerinden oda hizmetine, herşey çok iyiydi, personel güler yüzlüydü. Biz iki sevgili olarak, kaliteli zaman geçirdik, şehirden uzak, sakin ve huzurlu geçen günlerimiz için otel sahibi ve çalışanlarına teşekkürler.

Alles super !!!

Es ist überall sehr warm. Das warme Wasser kommt direkt aus dem Boden. Es gibt 3 große Schwimmbäder. 1x nur Frauen. 1x nur Männer. 1x für Familien. Alles ist sehr großzügig und sauber. Die Zimmer sind gross und sauber, inkl. Bademantel und Hausschuhe. Am Abend keine Unterhaltung. Das Essen könnte besser sein, leider etwas fade. Keine Brötchen etc.

Çevre düzeni yetersiz

2 gece kaldim. Otelde 100 kisilik bir toplanti vardi. Otel muduru butun personelini 100 kisilik Gruppe ilgilenmesi icin yonlendirdi geriye kalan otel musterileriyle yani konaklayanlarla (bizlerle )kimse ilgilenmedi . Tamamiyle otel mudurunun hatasiydi

kaplıca tatili için uygun bir yer.çocuklu aileler nedeniyle ağlayan çok çocuk vardı. ağlayan çocuk sesi rahatsız etmiyorsa sorun değil(!).
yemekler lezzetliydi. şimdiye kadarki en rahat yataktı.

Yemek saatleri dışında su ve alkolsüz içecekler paralı. Otelin kalitesini düşürüyor.

The hotel is very beautiful, the staff is nice and helpful. They lent us a book about Kütahya from which we found many interesting places to visit during our stay. The surroundings of the hotel is beautiful, it's a good choice for a person that wants tranquility and access to nature, but still easy access to the city. We used the spa services daily. Covid precautions were taken well into account. We had a rented car and the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding areas. I recommend to go see the Aizanoi and the Phrygian Valley. The complex, on a cold winter night in November, was warm and inviting. Lockdown was in full swing so all amenities were not up and running, but the hot bath I had in our room was wonderful. They are enormous and hot was copious. Once the road approaching the complex has been repaved it will be even better.

Overall quality service.

Brand new great hote in silent environment. Large comfortable room. Attentive staff. Lots of options in breakfast buffet. Strongly recommend to drive the hotel in daylight time
