Imu Hotel Kyoto

We stayed one night at this property. It is quite a walk to a station, but the area around the property has many shops and restaurants. It is only a 5-minute walking distance from the Pokémon Center. Check-in is at a kiosk, and staff can communicate in English pretty well. The property also provides essential toiletries, including a toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, and razor. They helped us store our luggage after we checked out because our Shinkansen
is scheduled at 20:00, allowing us to explore Kyoto hand-free. There's also a restaurant in the lobby, serving modern, vegan-friendly Westernized meals. They even offered free sake the day we stayed
I want to give a shoutout to the very helpful staff who support us with our mishap with Yamato Transport. Their name are Uehira Ryoma and Matsumoto Haruka. I had my Osaka hotel send luggage to Imu, however, the luggage was arriving late. I had to leave at 20:00, but the luggage was still not delivered at 17:00. The staff helped me call Yamato and my hotel in Osaka to sort out the situation. They even offered to send my luggage to Tokyo if it got delivered after I left. Uehira-san even ran to a nearby Yamato location to figure out the situation. Luckily, the luggage finally arrived at 19:00. I am so thankful for their help.

Wonderful hotel!

Fue el mejor hotel de mi viaje a Japon, esta muy bien ubicado, el personal es muy amable, el desayuno es delicioso, las habitaciones amplias, realmente disfrute mucho mi estancia en el hotel. Espero regresar algún día

Great breakfast, great rooms with comfortable rooms, very nice aircon, and amenities. Staff is extremely friendly, and helpful. Loved my stay there.
In evenings they offer free sake which is a pelasant bonus!
Location is very cental.

Wow, what an amazing little hotel! We booked two rooms for our family of 4 to explore Kyoto. When we arrived we received a warm welcome and were able to leave our luggage locked in a secure location until check in time. We were offered free coffee, tea and water in the lobby. The rooms were sparkling clean. Yes, the rooms were small, but we believe that is typical in Japan. We are always more concerned about cleanliness anyway. And again, this place is spotless. We even had air purifiers in our rooms. Breakfast was great and plentiful. Lots of options (even western options). Subway was close (about a 6 min walk)for moving around Kyoto. The only somewhat downfall is that hotel isn’t as central as others in the area. However, the cleanliness of the room, great service and amazing breakfast made up for the location. We would definitely recommend the Imu Hotel in Kyoto.

初日20名ほど朝食会場に集っていましたが、日本人は自分1人で、プチ海外旅行の気分を味わえたのも良かったです。

Highly recommend. Will be booking here again if I ever come back to Kyoto. Staff is so friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

Personnel très sympathique et efficace, super accueil.
Chambre et salle de bain très propres.
Cependant, l'espace pour laisser les affaires ou même ouvrir les valises une fois les futons dépliés est très petit (pour une chambre de 4 personnes), on peut à peine ouvrir une valise.

Modern Kyoto feel.

Çok keyifli ve güzel bir ortama sahip, kahvaltısını ben çok beğendim kesinlikle kahvaltı ekletmelisiniz, odalar temizdi, konumu turıstlıl noktalara yürüme mesafesindedir.
