Pros:

Un hôtel dans son jus, mais propre et un petit déjeuner correct. La propriétaire est super efficace à tous les niveaux: bons plans pour les activités, pour les lieux de sortie ou de baignade. L'hôtel est proche de bons resto qui proposent des plats et des prix corrects.

Cons:

L'hôtel est un peu excentré du centre ville mais on trouve facilement taxi ou tuktuk.

Great, friendly, good value and comfortable
Pros:

The owner was so kind and friendly and made sure that we were happy and comfortable during our stay. She speaks good English too. Nice simple breakfast of eggs and sausage, salad, muffins and fruit.

Nice quick stop
Pros:

Excellent and very helpful customer service, nice location and breakfast included. The building has some character and charm. Great for a quick night stop.

Cons:

A little tired and old but it's ok. The bathroom is not the best, one of the rooms had a shower head that was leaking. Some insects around.

The best nights of my month long trip to Thailand. We felt like at home. The hostess is kind and friendly, the room is clean, the bed is comfortable. Sufficient breakfast, dinner places near the hotel, you can walk. The best price-quality ratio, I recommend!

Please AVOID until the remedy the black mold, ants, and cockroaches.
Pros:

The location was amazing.

Cons:

Upon entering my room, I saw a cockroach and there were a lot of ants in my room. I can get past that. What I can NOT get past was the black mold all over in the bathroom. It was on the ceiling, in the tiles, and all along the floor. The staff was kind, but the sheer uncleanliness and health factors of black mold was the worst I have ever experienced around the world. For pure health reasons, I would STRONGLY suggest looking somewhere else or do a proper room inspection before entering.
To the staff that may read this, you can simply do better than that. I can’t believe you actually rent rooms with those mold conditions.

Major beachside earthworks taking place.
Pros:

The TV, AC and Internet worked.

Cons:

The hotel was across the road from major earthworks and this created dust and noise and no access to the beach. There was a breakfast included but it wasn't great except for the fresh fruit.
