Mooie locatie om Sanur en omgeving te ontdekken, op loopafstand van Icon Mall, night market en het strand,
Pros:

Locatie is super! Mini zwembadje en verder goede bedden. Het is schoon.

Cons:

Ontbijt had niet veel keus en je kreeg 1 kopje koffie of thee. Zeker bij een langer verblijf ben je snel uitgekeken. We kregen geen extra badhanddoek. Wel lawaaierig en het restaurant is super druk, maar heeft geen vegetarische opties.

The Perfect stay
Pros:

We loved the hotel. It was clean and comfortable and was the perfect location for our 2 week stay. The breakfast was great with a perfect cappuccino every morning. The staff were friendly and welcoming and cleaned out room daily. We had such a memorable time with our family in this hotel. We would 100% come back again. It was well above my expectations. Thank you Arena and all your amazing staff. This place made our holiday one to remember.

Pros:

Close proximity to Sanur beachfront (10 min walk) in a complex that had much potential. Pool area looked inviting. Towels changed daily & bottled water supplied. Hairdryer, iron & umbrella were available for use upon request. Free use of bicycles. Reception staff friendly.

Cons:

Australians, stayed 3 nights (paid for 4 to enable late check-out to airport). The towels & bed linen were worn & a sad grey colour, I suspect originally white! The towels smelled bad even when freshly supplied. Not sure where they are laundered. The bathroom sink was discoloured and badly stained with an open sinkhole that seemed quite dirty. Toilet had ongoing problems flushing. TV reception was snowy. Staff, though friendly, were not helpful with questions or directions where to go beyond the hotel. But if you are wanting cheap rate for very short stay this is adequate.

Pros:

Wonderful and helpful staff, room was clean and organized and working from the balcony wirh the view of the pool was lovely.

Cons:

Breakfast was lovely and perfectly enough for me - many options for eggs and a variation on english breakfast but the sweet options were more limited. It was a lovely spread tho and would definitely stay here again
