Все чудово. Зустріла дуже приємна адміністратор.Так, ціна адекватна, умови не лакшері, але все необхідне є. Зручно, все бюджетне але все чисте і в робочому стані. Є і холодильник і електрочайник і чашки, мило, шампунь. Номер з балконом, дуже гарний краєвид. Тихо і спокійно.

Все необхідне є в номері: душ (гаряча, холодна вода), туалет, холодильник, кондиціонер, чайник, телевізор. Постільна білизна та полотенця чисті. Стоянка для авто.

Cons:

Давно пора оновити ремонт, мабуть він був ооочень давно. Все вже "зносилося": стіни брудні, в ванної кімнаті пліснява, деякі розетки зламані.
